Im writing this review while waiting for my instructor because shes late. Ive been waiting for 45 minutes and theres still no sign of her. I took my knowledge test here and it was great. So I signed up for 10 driving lessons. Ive taken two lessons so far, every time the instructor is more than half an hour late.. They say if youre late as student, it counts as no show and youll still get charged. That makes sense. But they dont do anything if the instructor is late My instructor...
Read full review apologized and said that the traffic is bad, but can I use it as an excuse when Im late? I guess not. They called me and said they can reschedule it for free. Which would mean I just wasted an hour traveling here from home and 45 min waiting in the cold. So I decided to wait and my instructor said shell give me my lost time at the end of the lesson, which means Ill be very late for work. I really hope they can make up for it. Im very very disappointed right now. ---------- Review update: My instructor was late four times in total now (each time over 30min, one time over 50min). Last time I had to leave on time so my instructor still owed me 30 min of lesson. I called the Driving school and asked when we can do the 30min lesson, the phone girl said we dont owe you anything. I said But the instructor...(I was gonna say the instructor was late) She said There is no but! So rude :( She almost made me cry. Im writing this review 3 months after I was done with the school because I was still so disappointed and sad every time I think about my experience. They wasted so much time of my life and the rude phone girl made me feel like Im the one whos responsible for me not getting my full lesson.

I had a fantastic experience with my instructor, Jimmy Green. He was incredibly kind and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire journey. Most importantly, he pointed out my mistakes, explained how to correct them, and provided thorough explanations. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to learn with a supportive and knowledgeable instructor. I took the warm-up and the driving test with him.

Better than other driving classes, where you get old cars that are poorly maintained I took knowledge test, skills test and five driving classes here and their techniques were amazing it made driving easy. Bryan is hands down one of the best instructor plus his car is well maintained. I was recommend by my friend for this driving school and am that i went here the parallel parking technique is the best! Only drawback is that you do not have a waiting area where you can sit, so if you are early you will have to keep standing till your lesson begins.

I took my driving test here without any prior lessons from defensive driving school. My test instructor, Jimmy Green, was very kind, patient and friendly. I was a little nervous and he put me completely at ease and gave me tips before we began driving. He gently explained my point deductions and went into details of why certain maneuvers are important. Overall, a wonderful experience. It was not even close to being as stressful as I expected it to be. And yes, I passed my test!

I had a great experience - with both the knowledge and skill test. The agency is cooperative as well as provides a smooth experience. I had Jimmy Green as my driving test instructor and it was a great learning experience with him. With huge years of experience, he guides you well through the process. I would definitely recommend this agency.

Jimmy is hands down one of the best instructors and people to work with at DDS. He was a pleasure to work with and just an overall nice person. In an age where customer experience is king, he is truly an asset to the company. As you can see from his prior reviews, he is consistently great at his job. Thank you and Kudos to you Jimmy!

Highly recommend this school! I have been rather scared of driving and the instructors were very patient and great. I had most of my lessons with Brian who was amazing, a great teacher, very patient and also very fun to talk to! I also had Janey as an instructor - she was lovely and had a very calming presence. I passed my test on my first try and am super stoked!

I took the test with Jim Green. It was such a pleasant and friendly experience driving with him, it helped me get over any kind of nervousness and i was able to drive naturally.
