Marilyn and Huse are awesome! I did my written test, driving lessons, and driving test all at 911 Redmond and it was the smoothest of experiences. Marilyn is extremely clear in communicating the options, works diligently to accommodate our scheduling constraints, and is also polite & encouraging (I had to retake the written test for a second time.) Huse is the gentle giant who is extremely crisp in teaching the rules on the road, patient as we learn, and equally reassuring to calm any nerves. I couldn t have asked for a better experience and will strongly recommend 911 Redmond!

Being a beginner in driving lessons, I was really impressed with the 911 driving school . their instructors are really good and patient with us, the new drivers and the office staff is also wonderful. They will really help you be the best drivers . My driving test was also really smooth . I took the warmup session with on road test . They will point out all the mistakes in the warm up , that will really help on the road test. Highly recommend for anyone looking for driving class :)

Overall a very pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly and was always available to answer any question or guide me in the right direction. I enrolled for Knowledge Test, 5 In-Car Lesson and a Road Test. It was a smooth journey throughout. A special thanks to my Instructor Mr. Hughes Ebinger. He was very knowledgeable, patient and made sure that I am aware of all the rules and regulations. This helped me in clearing my Road Test on my first attempt

I have had wonderful end to end experience with 911 driving school, Redmond. The whole staff including Marlene, Melissa are super friendly and getting your calls and emails returned is guaranteed here. They are definitely not out there to make extra money. Purpose of instructions such as Hughes at this driving school is to truly enable people to drive safe. He had been so patient and gave me some great tips to drive safe. To anybody who is looking to get driving lessons or to take a road test, I highly recommend to go for 911 driving school at Redmond, you won t be disappointed!

I can t thank 911 Driving School of Redmond enough for helping me get through my driver s license. The instructors were professional, friendly, and provided excellent guidance throughout the entire process. Their focus on safety and defensive driving skills truly made a difference. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I really enjoyed the experience I had with this driving school. I got the 10 lesson package and my instructor was very patient and taught me all the skills that I needed with thorough explanations. The staff were very nice and responsive. Overall, I would recommend 911 driving school to anyone who is looking to get their driver s license.

Its been a pleasure and really experience to did pass both test at 911 all office staff were so kind to me . I m grateful to have them as teachers . I m going to share this experience to all my friends who don t have yet their license to go to your office . Thank you all

I had an incredible experience learning to drive with Jeremy as my instructor. His calm and cool demeanor created a relaxed atmosphere that allowed me to gain the confidence I needed behind the wheel. I am grateful for his mentorship and would highly recommend him as a driving instructor to anyone seeking a positive and empowering learning experience.

Today I successfully completed my warm up+road test with Cory and I am beyond grateful for the experience. Overall, I would give them 5 stars. I had issues and hiccups along the way, but they were great. The customer service and employees were awesome and responded to me every time within 24 hrs either via email or phone call. They are super busy and it is tough booking a driving appointment, but you will have to check back each week as the instructors update their schedules constantly. My only issue was one particular instructor that my son got on 2 different occasions. He didnt pass the first two...
Read full review times with this instructor, which was fine. My issue with him was that my son was never disclosed the scores or results of the driving test. He was just told he failed, without going into any details. So, he just repeated the same mistake the next week. I personally called and spoke with the representative and she told me exactly what he did wrong on both exams. We practiced those areas, and he passed the 3rd time easily. So, my recommendation is to spend time with the instructor after the driving test and ask what you did wrong and what you should have done. I feel if the instructor would have done that, instead of going from one driving test to another, I wouldnt have had to pay for 2 additional driving test. Overall, a great experience for my twins and myself. I would go there again if needed, but luckily, all my kids are driving. Good luck to all!
