Horrible customer service. They never answer the phone and when they do they dont know what theyre doing. When you call them out they get defensive. Keep your receipts or theyll accuse you of not making your payments. Luckily they texted me a copy to show proof I had paid off our balance, but they didnt write it in their records. The scheduling sucks. My son called and booked on a Thursday for a Saturday, when he showed up the lady booked him for the following Saturday not that Saturday and didnt tell him this. Your child will be stuck here for a year trying to complete their driving lessons, so if theyre close to the age of 18, DO NOT SIGN THEM UP. Its been a huge headache here. Waste of money and time.

Terrible place to bring your child for driving school! I paid for my child driving and they will short time your child driving practice even if you paid for the full time. They never answer or always closed when supposed to be open. They just want your money once they got it they do not care bout you nomore. Take your kids elsewhere and dont waste your time.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DRIVING SCHOOL PROGRAM!! They are out for your money & are very rude with no communication skills whatsoever! They have poor customer service support from the front desk receptionist to the owner of this family owned business. The owner himself, when speaking to him over the phone, kept talking over me & putting words in my mouth on things I never even stated in our conversation. He would not listen to what I had to say & said I will not get a refund because of my derogatory...
remarks which I did not make. Again he did not listen to me, kept interrupting me, put words in my mouth I was basically very rude and disrespectful! My son attended classes here so my argument was since my son turned 18 while in the process of taking these courses, I was told by the Texas Department of Public Safety that my son did not need to take drivers Ed due to my son was 18. She explained that since my son is 18 & if he and I felt he can drive then all he needs to take is the adult course online. When he completes the 6 hr online test the he can print the certificate and take it to the DPS & take his driving test. As long as he passes then he can get his driver s license at that time. If we choose to go the adult route then the drivers ED minor classes will not count. That s when I asked the owner to call me & asked for a full refund but he declined my refund because my son had already taken some classes. My argument was if this had been told or explained to us then I would not have put my son in these classes. We wasted our time and money here & would not recommend anyone to come here unless u want to deal with rude, unprofessional, uncommunicative people who are out for your money!!

Dont take your kids there. Dont know whats the point of paying so much if they dont teach them the basics of knowing what to have on a vehicle or not thats legal. I was very disappointed after taking my little sister, and just to be an overall of what traffic signs are and not really go into more detail great thats how we have soo many great people driving in the streets

Really great place, would definitely recommend it. The instructor is very patient, ready to help, and cool guy which helps with nervousness. An affordable place that helps drivers get better almost instantly.
