Very unorganized, took forever to get my hours of practice driving with the driving instructor since he never came on the days they scheduled me. I would show up and he would just never come. No notice or anything.

Just shows what government and politics can do when businesses like this are affiliated with the State/DOT with respect to training CDL drivers and truck drivers... Dont even bother giving this dump a call, the person who picks up sounds like she just got out of Jail and is going through withdrawal
Ive known about this business for a while now, but I didnt get the opportunity to visit there until last week 12/2021. Rico, was very professional! He instructed me, on everything that I needed to have and do, in order for me to get my drivers license. All of the employees there were amazing and courteous! I recommend this place of business to anyone, and everyone in the Houston area, that is looking to obtain their drivers license! Because, I have my drivers license now! You will be 100% satisfied! Thank you!
So I kept reading the reviews. The lady who answered the phone was not professional. When I called I received the same treatment She answered the phone saying How can I help you I had to ask for her name. Mrs. Qualls she was very rude. I asked for Mr Rico who was not in. But $75 an hour is not a good deal for driving lessons. Plus your customer service is awful = No customers.
