Mr Niel is by far the best instructor you will ever come across. This isn t a joke this is my honest an opinion as his student. Him and Mrs Melli are very patient and will work with you if you ever get in a hiccup. Mr Niel explains everything from pre trip inspection to maneuvers to public driving in the most simplest and easiet way possible.
