This place is horrible. Sandra Marquez and Cesear are very unprofessional. They down grade people all the time and never own up to their wrongs. Seems like all Sandra Marquez is worried about is the money and has no compassion for the customers. Save yourself time and money. Look for a better place. All Sandra is good at is calling all her bad reviews Childish .
When I called this place a guy by the name of Cesar was very rude and has no public relations. Seems after reading the reviews the owner must be just as bad. Money hungry business that is for sure. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Believe me read all reviews before even walking into this place a phone call was enough for me.
I Did my Drivers Ed for teens, I had a lot of fun doing their 5 week class At first it sounded like a long time but it went by super fast and I was even sad to leave at the end :( Got my permit on the first week & was behind the wheel on the second week. I was very excited to drive and they did an awesome job at explaining all the road laws and tactics to use while driving. I feel confident when I drive and I even gave my dad a few pointers.
Ive not taken a Defensive Driving course in several years. I was in court, talking to the Judge about my ticket on January 4th. Less than a week later, I got a call from these guys. Very cool. No pressure. Asking if I wanted to take their course. I was all for it!!! I was glad they called. Saved me the headache of searching, Googling, and calling places on my own. scheduled appointment. I did the course today. Was from 9:30a to 3:30p, with a 30-something minute lunch. Whataburger, Jack-in-the-Box, Burger King ... all a short drive away. The instructor was a cool laid back dude. Videos are still old AF (they seriously need to be updated), probably from the 80-90s. Hed make little jokes and get class participation. Restroom facilities were clean. Snacks and sodas available for purchase. Free coffee. Would recommend
Fue placentero el trato y me sirvió. de mucho lo aprendido, ya que con el tiempo se olvidan muchos detalles al conducir. Y considero bien retomar estas clases para recordar la responsabilidad que tenemos al momento de conducir un vehículo.
Going back and forth with employees. The lead person not believing the dps papers have to be signed in black ink is unprofessional and should be better handled when it states must be signed in black ink. Staff called DPS when it clearly states SIGN ONLY IN BLACK INK. Staff seemed slow, unaware, and I waited way too long to get nowhere. Will not be doing business here again.
Class was great. Lots of information. Teacher has the ease of explaining it all. This office had all the help I need to get through the stress of my traffic ticket. Thank you very much .
