Guthrie Driving School Gibsonia

Guthrie Driving School has been so accommodating and professional. This is our second child to attend and we were super happy with the outcome. Our children are very responsible drivers now. They always communicated and picked our kids up at our house. It was worth the price and I highly recommend their services. And a shout out to Gary and Jill for treating our children so awesome!!

Tim and Dwight were great with my 16 year old son. We decided to invest in driving lessons once we realized finding the time to teach our son to drive ourselves, was few and far between. They made the lessons easy by picking him up, and dropping him off, and our son passed his test on his first try!

Dwight has given driving instruction to all 3 of my children. He has done an excellent job and has had them fully prepared for their test and helped them become safe drivers.

My son was so hesitant to learn. I know not the typical. He has Asperger s and often gets to the typical milestones a bit later than his peers. He did great & he passed on his first try! It warmed my heart to see him smile with that accomplishment! I would totally 100% recommend them!!!

I thought my daughter was a lost cause when it came to driving until she met with Jill for the first time! My daughter s skills and comfort behind the wheel blossomed quickly with these lessons. Jill was very knowledgeable and was able to teach skills in a way my daughter could easily understand and implement. My daughter was able to pass her exam easily and I rest easier knowing she s safer on the road having taken these lessons. Totally worth it!

We had a great experience working with Guthrie Driving School. Jill was a patient, skilled instructor and was very easy to work with. Would definitely use them again!

Dwight was prompt and taught my daughter all the most important things she needed to know for the licensing test. He also helped to build her confidence in driving so she could pass the first time she took the test and was personable and professional.

I had my permit when I was 17 like normal but I felt too overwhelmed and under-supported to actually go through with learning to drive. For one reason or another, I waited 11 years to try again. I knew I had to go the route of driving school for my best chance at succeeding. I live in Armstrong County and we dont have a driving school nor accessible resources to help people learn to drive here, so I knew I had to look a bit further. Read full review test on the first try because of Dwight. Even though learning to drive really was a challenge, working with him was the best part of the experience. He communicated with me on a level that made me feel challenged but also remained understanding of where I was at in my journey. Im very proud to say I finally have my drivers license and I owe so much of this to Dwight for his patience and skill. I would recommend going this route to anyone who needs to be challenged, yet supported. Even the most impossible cases can be helped with the right kind of teacher, and I can attest to that.

So glad we went with Guthrie Driving School! We decided to go with lessons towards the end of the permit period for my son. I wanted to make sure all of the rules and techniques he needed to know were being addressed. Dwight was so accommodating in scheduling. He bent over backwards to meet our schedule and travel to our location. Both he and Tim were excellent instructors and very professional and relatable. This put my son at ease. An awesome experience overall and I highly recommend!
