Honestly I was really nervous before taking the drive test because Ive been in two accidents one of them left some trauma but once I got in the car and was talking with the really nice instructor, he understood and saw my trauma and becaue he was a retired officer and told me some things to help ease that when driving. They have Kia Souls at the moment that are turbod and have some pep to them. Their breaks are also pretty sensitive

Very good customer service. The service is fast and starts on time. Everyone is very friendly in the office. The driving test is suitable for the drivers abilities. The examiner explains everything to you carefully and is very respectful. I recommend this company for your exam.

Had a very positive experience today! My drive testing experience with was excellent! The examiner (Skip) was professional and the whole process was efficient. I passed today and I Highly recommend them for anyone needing their driving test!. Please know that I did not take any instruction classes from them.

Thank you for a lovely first time experience. Skip was my instructor and he was so pleasant to drive with and clear in his instructions from becoming familiar with the car to instructing me well ahead of time on the directions to follow. I do have over a decade of driving experiences so it wasnt a difficult ordeal for me; Ive recently moved to the US possessing an international drivers license and I needed to convert to local IDs at some point. I chose this Driving test centre in Beaverton through online research and past reviews, they are indeed wonderful to work with ! Thanks so much guys, was truly a pleasure !

I felt very comfortable on the driving test, the instructor was very friendly. They speak a little Spanish, I feel like that was important, to understand their instructions.

My son took his driving test today. The whole process was very easy, starting with setting up the appointment to actually taking the test. My son felt comfortable and we received good feedback after the test on a couple of small things to watch for. I would recommend Pacific Driver Education if you are looking for a place to take your driving test.

The situation is that Oregon DMV has hardly any drive test appointments available. Im looking at a screen with NO APPOINTMENTS within a 250 mile radius of Portland! For people who need to get a Drivers License in a reasonable timeframe, this literally forces them to go to private companies such as Pacific Driver Education. There is an inherent conflict of interest for these companies. Failing a test leads to more business - through learning lessons and retest. Passing a test means no more business...
. Had an experience with 2 drive tests, which reinforces the conflict of interest. Both tests failed and $160 spent. The first test was abruptly stopped in 5 minutes (despite paying for a 30 minute test) because the driver inched into the intersection to turn left while a pedestrian had not fully crossed the intersection. A little harsh IMHO, but some more testing would have been good to help the driver learn some more. The second test was failed for being too cautious. I asked if there were any major errors. The answer was NO. The driver was slow and hesitant but always safe. There was no final score, no indication of how many points were lost where. I understand that a driver can lose upto 24 points out of 100 and still pass. This instructor also told the driver that it is ok to drive 5 over the speed limit while online documentation discourages going over the speed limit. Isnt it normal for a new driver to be cautious It was not fair to fail a driver for being too cautious. This just goes to reinforce the feeling that the conflict of interest actually played out. People are caught between a DMV with no appointments and businesses that have a vested interest in making money. :-(

We were so pleased with the quality of the staff and education! Steve, the instructor, was so knowledgeable & laid back, and he was able to help with my teens anxiety. The gal who did the actual driving test was also great & friendly. Glad my sis recommended this place, and I love sharing that recommendation with others!

I took my behind the wheel test at the Beaverton center and it was a very good experience. My examiner made me feel comfortable with the car. I had failed the first time because of a left turn mistake I did. I learnt from my mistake and passed the second time. I cannot recommend this facility more.
