I was told I would be able to schedule my daughter for the driving portion out of Penta where she did her classroom time. There are very few posted and never any driving times posted for after school hours. When i say posted, i mean... once a month they pay sessions and you have to hang out online all day and refresh your page to see if they post more sessions. I am a single mom that works all day. I cant hang out on your website all day. We are going on 2 months now trying to schedule. I finally...
got to schedule one session out of BG and all the other available appointments disappeared from the screen. So I call and customer service tells me she can put me on a wait list but Ill have to give up that one session I scheduled. Nope. Im not giving up the one spot I have available. We cant schedule our kids during school yet the only times posted are during school. Customer service said those are for home school kids. You cant tell me that there are that many home school kids where 20 out 25 sessions today were during school hours. Never any weekend sessions. I have reached out to my attorney and Valerie at the state level to see what they can do.
