This place was GREAT. Renita and her team are incredibly responsive, and have been in the business for years and years, so they know what theyre doing and are apparently familiar with every rule, process, and procedure of helping a first-time driver get their license. Communication was prompt and responsive, instructions and requests in voice mails were clear, and customer service in-person was friendly and professional. In-car driving instruction and feedback was clear and by-the-book - no jaunts...
for the instructor to do personal errands (yes, Ive experienced that before!). Prices are on par with the other driving schools, but unlike some of the other driving schools that didnt even respond to my voice mail inquiries, Rightway has its act together. Well be using them again when its time for Teen Driver #2 to hit the road. Highly recommended!

Mr Randy im truly happy that so many people have had a great experience with you because mine has been extremely horrible. So I signed my grandson up for drivers ed and he had to start off with the on line parts first. Well each day we ran into different problems the materials would not load or only some would load or the site would be down and we would call and text Mr Randy and we never got any response so I changed WiFi thinking that might help but nope so as the dead line...
approached for the test the site was down I spent two days calling and texting over an over and still never got anything then that evening it loaded and he was all ready to take the test and it had expired I called and I text still nothing but now two months later Mr Randy call my grandson s mothers number and ask can we schedule driving hell you have a lot of nerve and your unprofessional on every level your communication is poor customer service is horrible and you just took my money no service rendered in my entire adult life I have never experienced such horrible service I would never recommend this place unless he steps up and makes it right Signed ANGRY GRANDMOTHER. So this is to address your comments yes the review came way past the expiration date thats because I tried to get in touch with you for weeks and as well as his mother and you never returned a call even though that program is not yours prosaic you use it and you took my money while using it and never responded while we were having issues so a friend reviewed you and said i should write a review because I hadnt thought about it i just decided to never recommend you to any one else so thats why this review is month s past the expected deadline and I will post my phone bill where I call your number over 27 times I just feel like you need to make this situation right instead of making excuses once again that would be great business practices
