Great experience, classroom was laid back and very informative. Yard training trainers were great and took their time to thoroughly teach and demonstrate every maneuver. I was nervous trying to learn how to drive a manual, but with the skills that were taught and me taking my time to learn and get better everyday I was able to attain my Class A CDLs on my 1st attempt which was the goal

My experience started off fairly rough due to losing 4 instructors. The student to instructor ratio wasn t pretty but they did what they had to do to accommodate us all in 90 degree weather!! I passed my test, ONE & DONE!!!! Scott was my favorite instructor & he gave great advice for driving on the road!! I gave them a little bit of a hard time with my attitude for a couple days but I appreciate them from the bottom of my heart, couldn t have done it without them!!!! Also shoutout to the branch manager Zach!! He answered my phone calls & questions, he gave me an estimated graduation date of 7/5/24 & I actually got my license 7/1/24!!!! They did a great job handling the loss of 4 instructors so I have to give credit when it s due I have my CLASS A CDL because of all of them.. couldn t thank them enough

I enjoyed everyday that I was at 160 academy. Especially on the yard. The whole staff offered great advice, and made sure that I had a clear understanding on how to do anything I need help with. Nobody was rude, everyone was patient. I will take alot of info with me everyday while I am in my truck. I recommend anyone to get there training the 160 way!!!

Instructors at the academy are beyond helpful and informative. They made it easier to understand and learn. Overall GREAT team . Grateful to be leaving as a certified professional driver. This school gave me the tools to make real money with a real skill. After I graduated and passed my test, I immediately got a good paying job As well as being able to take pride in being a licensed professional. trucking school = trucks and an open space. The difference is the people teaching you and the resources provided. 160 will get you through school in literally half the time of other schools. They invest in their students they want you to succeed.

Highly recommend I will never forget and truly didn t want to end. I enjoyed the classroom time with Liz, she was knowledgeable and entertaining. Zach and Sherry were helpful in the office. I had so much fun on the yard with everyone, I learned a lot and I passed my exam. I want to shout out all the instructors, they all are helpful had the pleasure of working with; Aaron Luis , Deb, Dennis, John, Toni, Ryan.

I had an outstanding experience at 160 driving academy! For registering and questions I had before and during my program here, Zac and Sherri were extremely helpful and responded to my questions faster than godspeed. In the truck yard, there are many instructors that have years of experience in the trucking industry, in which they were able to help me craft my skills to become a CDL driver. Aaron, Blair and the rest of the instructors enhanced my ability to succeed in the yard. There was always an instructor around, where I could ask questions, and they would always help me find my solution. After the program, I passed the test to get my CDL in the first try. My experience with 160 was amazing! The instructors were friendly they always helped us with all the skills needed for the CDL! Thinking of getting your CDL it is the best driving school you should consider you won t regret it!
