Went here to get my CDL for work. Took a few tries to get it but they didn t give up. The instructors can seem tough but that s because they want to see you do well and be safe out there. Thank you so much to Dre, Warren, Mike, Chad, Don, Doc, and Eric! I don t know if I would have gotten through it without your guidance and support! Thank you all for keeping on us to not give up and pushing us to get through it. I was so glad to finally go from student to a license holder with your support. Thank you so much!
Im currently attending and I wouldnt recommend if your paying out of pocket. You waste time for hours waiting for instructors while they tell you to do pre trip for hours throughout the day only one road instructor and breaks are way to long
I just finished the VPC virtual training with 160 Driving Academy taught by Liz out of Cleveland, she was professional, friendly and very informative as an instructor. I appreciate all the time she put into her preparation prior to the class and would recommend her class to anyone starting their journey to earning a CDL. I look forward to leaving a review after I complete the next step of the in yard training by 160.

I want to give a big shout out to John, Marianne, all of the instructors & even my classmates. I would 10/10 recommend this CDL School to anyone, everyone is dedicated and determined to help you reach the end goal in anyway that they possibly can. Regardless of any negative reviews come and find out for yourself! You can do anything you put your mind to, and all of the instructors definitely give you all the information/ tips you need to know. It s clear they want to see you succeed just as bad as you want to yourself!!
The course is short so you have to pay attention and make every minute count. If youre not 100% committed, then this isnt for you. Attitude is everything! The staff is willing to teach you and give you all the tools you need to be successful. Its what you make it! Took the test and passed on the first try with no previous truck driving experience. I never even driven a stick before I started the course. Come in ready to learn and ready to work and youll be fine.
My experience there was omg crazy. If it had not been for Miss Hattie and Jeff I would of failed!! Miss Hattie was one of the BEST instructor there!!! She came in every day and was helping her students through the whole process. She didn t have a attitude either. Jeff and Miss Hattie they really do care about their students getting their CDL s. This is the only reason why I m giving this three stars. Miss Hattie and Jeff I just wanted to say I thank you from the bottom of my heart you two made my dream come true!!! May God continue to bless you all and you all s family s
