We used Bick s East for the in car driving requirement. All appointments went great and the communication couldn t have been better.
Very easy to work with for scheduling. And they were able to work with our Saturday schedule which was a plus! They explained parallel parking so easy to my teen that she was able to nail it on the first try!
My son s driving school experience was great. I would recommend Bicks over anywhere else in the Cincinnati area. He is driving excellently and I am confident he will pass his driving test with flying colors! Instructor was top notch as I rode with them for maneuverability portion and he was calm and relaxed and gave clear instructions.
As a pregnant Adult student who has never really driven before, we felt I absolutely needed lessons. 4 lessons later, I passed my Driving Exam and have my license . Staff was always very friendly and understanding. They worked with my tight schedule and I could always contact them for any questions. I absolutely loved all my instructors. Excellent customer service. Had originally signed up with a company that went out of business and Bicks East really saved the day. Helped to expedite the process and get all of my daughters classes done in a month, making sure her temps didnt expire! 10/10 would recommend! Plus my daughter loved her instructors and was sad to leave.
We had a wonderful experience with Bicks East! My daughter took the in class driving education, and it was very beneficial. The in car portion was great and very convenient. She had a great experience driving on the roads, and plenty of maneuverability practice. They were very flexible and accommodating when scheduling everything. We could not have asked for a better experience!
