Sydnee was wonderful! My daughter was nervous about her in person car requirement. At her first session, Sydnee put her at ease right away, they clicked. She learned a lot from the sessions and is now is more confident behind the wheel. Next up driving exam!
My son got into his in-car lessons pretty quickly. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Bicks was a great experience start to finish. We liked that they still offer in person classes since many have gone to the online option. We had an easy time scheduling our sons in car drive time perfectly in between a family vacation and his drivers test. We plan to continue to use Bicks for our other kids as they come of age.

Instructors were knowledgeable and helped my new driver feel more comfortable behind the wheel. I liked that they offered in-person classes for the book part of drivers education. They made scheduling for in-car driving easy. Other driving schools had a 3 to 4 month wait for in-car. My son has everything finished within two months of getting his temps. Now, we can continue to practice everything he learned until his birthday. I highly recommend Bicks East!
Randy and his staff were all wonderful! Got us in and finished so quickly. They were by far the cheapest and fastest around the tri-state. 10/10 highly recommend!

Bicks East was easy to work with and located very conveniently on Beechmont Ave. The class scheduling was easy to navigate and Randy and his team did their best to get the in car sessions scheduled quickly. They also reached out to move up appointments when there was an opening so my driver could finish quicker. We also signed up for the in-person class and would highly recommend it. We feel prepared for our new driver to drive solo.
