Awesome experience, Joe was nothing but helpful, will definitely be recommending anyone and everyone to go to him for CDL needs!
Shout out to the instructor Dennis who got sent from Columbus, without his help I don t know if I would have learned what I learned. And the Office manager Joe was great too! Ray and Dave get an honorable mention as well.
They did a great job In class and on the yard thanks to Joe, Kendra from Dayton, Denise from Columbus, Eric from Columbus, David from Cincinnati, Ray from Cincinnati, Cris from Cincinnati, and Keith from Cincinnati, Todd from Kentucky, and Liz and Lori in the class and I just want to thank everyone for helping me be successful. I m a One and Done student. Thanks 160
160 Driving is an Amazing academy! The instructors are amazing at what they do, they are super friendly and they answered all of the questions that were asked! Could not have chosen a better place to do this!

Ok let me start off by saying its not what I expected as far as training grounds. ok. gravel all the way around, porter potty outside, you know small stuff per say to a persons view. but I will say this, Keith, Brad, Chris, and Oskar are all fantastic trainers. They know what they are talking about when it comes to a Semi listen to what they have to say. yes they all teach differently, but I guarantee you by the end of your training, YOU WILL KNOW HOW TO PRE TRIP, AND DRIVE. if you dont like being...
outside in the sun and on your feet all day, then find somewhere else to go. other classes are there(1 week, 2weeks, 3 weeks.) everyone was friendly and helpful. you learn by not only the instructors but also by bouncing off the students there as well. is it consistency no but you will have it down packed by the time you leave. dont get discouraged or panicked. if you need help, Keith, Chris, Brad and Oskar ARE THERE TO HELP YOU. DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK THEM FOR HELP OR TO GO OVER ANYTHING. I was absolutely nerve wrecked on my day one, but immediately Keith helped me to just calm down and so did Brad. just remember, if you want your CDLs, you must put in the work as well. just because you dont think the conditions are nice or its not to your liking, then obviously you dont want it that bad. Do your homework. practice at home, on the road in your car, at work, wherever you are. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE. WORK FOR WHAT YOU WANT. GET OUT THERE EVERYDAY WHILE YOU ARE HERE AND FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH THESE TRUCKS. YOU WANT TO CONVERSATE FINE, BUT DO WHAT YOU CAME TO DO, GET YOURSELF READY TO BE A CDL HOLDER. AGAIN , I THANK KEITH(BIG MAN ON CAMPUS), BRAD( FUNNY LAID BACK GUY), CHRIS( AWESOME TEDDY BEAR GUY) AND OSKAR( THE KNOWLEDGE BEAST). for all the wonderful info they provide.
I got my CDL A Permit back in March, and I applied for this school in April or May of this year. I ignored the reviews and have literally invested my last into getting my license, transportation, daycare, etc. situated, so I can start school. I ve been offered a good amount of jobs, which I have turned down because I was under the impression that it could take up to 2 months MAXIMUM, to start. My permit expires next month and I am still waiting to start this school. I m no longer holding my breath. This school seems very unorganized and unprofessional, so I m not convinced that it will be any different after beginning the course.
Amazing academy! The instructors are amazing at what they do and they are super friendly! Could not have chosen a better place to do this!
As Ive known that this school couldnt have most of students successfully graduated and gotten their CDLs after the scheduled 4 weeks or 160 hours study and training. Some students disappeared and quit their study and training. In order to get driving skill practice, some students have to stick there for several months, but were still hard in their CDls tests in BMV. The school didnt follow the training contract and give students enough time and chances for their necessary...
driving skill training and road driving practice. The trucks used for training students were very old and often couldnt work normally, and they often need to be fixed. One road training instructor was picky and rude, and didnt speak standard English. as well .
Stay away from them one of the worest school ever , I joined this school after i fooled with the reviews online which i discovered that it s related to another branches not the one in cinncinati , they have 3 truck you ll not get enough training you ll stay the whole day so you can take 10 min over the wheel , instructer was rude and when i complained that they have 3 old trucks and too many student and am not coming everyday for 10 or 15 min over the wheel , yael israel the OM told me you wanna...
take money back or continue i request to take my money i was paying $4750 cash in advance and they return to me $2000 For 3 days in the driving 10 min everyday so i was staying there every day 8 hours in the sun just to took 10 or 15 min driving. They just open this branch from 6 months and i got shocked while i was in the training period when i heard that they celebrate with the 1st graduate after 5 months from opening so i took the $2000 and i got real training in another school and got my license a piece of cake If you re in cincinati i would recommend to contact Napier or butler tech
