5 stars are not enough. I don t know how many times I wanted to give up because I found driving so difficult, but Pedro and Jeriel guided with me with so much patience. Thanks to them I accomplished something that I always thought would be impossible, I passed the test and got my driver s license. 100% recommended.
Xiomara is a great teacher and I could not have passed my drivers exam if it weren t for her! I 100% recommend her to anyone.
I had such a BAD EXPERIENCE at this establishment. They offer tax services and then have the audacity to give the worst service to the client. I had a concerning experience here where I still have not received my taxes from last year. I called several times and the receptionist advised me that the owner was going to call me back and of course she did not! I had to call several times to explain my situation and the owner told me I was acting like I was not educated simply because I was explaining...
to her my situation asking if she could help me. This place also does NOT give you your tax returns back you have to call them and harass them to send you the paper work. So unprofessional, rude and unethical and I m very upset on how I was treated over the phone!!! Where is the quality customer service I do not recommend this place unless you want to be treated poorly and be spoken down to by management. I just needed someone to help me and the owner simply didnt care she claimed her office has been running for over 20 years for a reason. VERY CONDECENDING and UNPROFESSINAL!
The best instructor of the wao driving school is Xiomara I pass good experience taking the class with her and taking my test for the driving license first time I go and I pass she s the best teacher! Thanks you so much!
WAO driving school has been the best school in the Bronx. Unlike others driving school where you pay a lot of Money for small packages, wao offers you the best deal with the best learning driving skills. I finally pass my road test with my second attempt.
XIOMARA is excellent teacher she explain step by step, she will let you know what to work on and if you need more classes, i felt really comfortable taking classes with her , she is really patient and understanding .
