Amazing!!! I love the diversity in experience of the driving instructors! Each one offered a new and perceptive experience! From the first day of practicing? As a first time driver I strongly recommend Thumbs up for your driving learning experience. Thumbs up is very efficient and punctual they work very well with my work schedule and definitely treat me like family .I went from not knowing Anything to getting my license on the first try. When I went in on April 11th, I was ask when do I plan on having my license by. Me being scary I said Oh by the end of the year. The lady at the desk turn to me and said No, girl you will be driving in a month. I thought she was crazy. I had my first lesson with Alberto. He was great at what he does. He might be a little direct but everyone needs that little. I had lessons with Jennifer, Nelson, and the DAD. Everyone was so calm and reassuring I was comfortable. One thing I can take away from this experience is learning to be aggressive but safe. I could never thank this family enough for simply believing in me. I have learn to be confident around the wheel which the key.
From the first minute I step into the driving school till I took my first driving class, I saw and felt professionalism with the school. I definitely recommend the school to anyone who want to know the skills of good driving and also want to pass the driving test. I had lessons with everyone of their instructors, they are nice, professionals and willing to help you understand better. for Thumbs up driving school what a great team you have.
Estoy sumamente feliz por los resultados y la eficiencia de esta escuela especialmente cada uno de los instructores que enseñan con tanto amor y paciencia para los que somos nuevos en aprendizaje. I highly recommend this small business to anyone that wants to get their driving license. Few pointers from me : Show up on time , be respectful, be open minded to learn, take more classes if you know you are a beginner to driving ( the more practice the better driver you will become - invest in yourself ) , remember what you been taught and you will surely pass the road test along side with your pre- licensing course which is mandatory to have . The customer service is so welcoming all across the board from the front desk help to instructors they do go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable where communication and environment are concerned . Recommend everyone to go here and practice for your road test, Alberto was my instructor and he s the best in making your understand the rules and feel comfortable driving behind the wheel. CAN I SAY AMAZING!! 3 weeks ago I was a new drive never drove a car before, to now having my license!!! Only took me 5 classes. I love this school they are supportive and very loving they make sure that we are always safe and the road and ready for the driving test. Much love
