This was very easy for me to set up the zoom and go through, I paid 3 different times to a different site and was unable to go through the class due to the fact of not knowing enough about the computer system, but this was extremely easy for me. I signed up for a 5 hour course thru this Academy for my 16 year old daughter, and they made it a very quick and easy process. There were several days and times available for any day of the week, even the weekends, with many available times for this course as well. My experience with Drive Rite Academy is only with the 5 hour Pre-Licensing Course (cost ~$49), so my review is based on that. I needed to take the course to be able to take my driving test (I think everyone in NYS has to). It was pretty good overall. The course wasn t even 5 hours and it was more like 4 hours and 30 minutes. You also get 2 breaks of 20 minutes. Since the course takes place on ZOOM, your camera will have to be turned on and they will verify after the meeting if you were paying attention...
or not. If you want the certificate (that shows that you completed the course), you have either pick it up from their location in Brooklyn, or you can pay ~$5 and have it mailed to you. Pretty good overall. I would recommend the course for anyone who needs to still do it.

It s been a minute since I have driven,was thinking driving in Brooklyn would be a problem, but my instructor (Greg) made it a breeze. The 5hr class was ver informative and so far the driving sessions have been excellent.
The best driving school Ive tried by far. 2 other nearby schools were so bad by comparison I almost gave up but Im glad I didnt. The instructor (Sujita) was so helpful Im sure without her I couldnt have passed my road test on my first try. The technique she taught me for parallel parking yielded amazing results. The receptionist Pam was also super nice and helpful and a joy to be around (so the opposite of the service I got at the other driving schools :). This place is a bit pricier than those other schools but well worth it!
I had pretty much no experience with driving and was super nervous about it. I have taken 5 lessons with Frank at Drive Rite and it has been a great experience. Hes super friendly and I really appreciated how he focused on making sure that I was comfortable in the car and that I truly understood what I will have to do during the driving test.
I completed the five hour online session recently. It was we organized and easy to follow the class. We had predetermined breaks which made the five hours more digestible.
