Teresa is The best driving instructor. Hands down. The packages are very reasonable & totally affordable. If you feel like you re not the best driver, ask for Teresa. She ll guide you through all the steps you need to pass your road test. Other staff members there, especially Lisa was very helpful with any concerns and can answer all questions. If you plan on getting your license. Totally Driving School is the best place to start & finish. Thanks guys.

Where do I start? Affordable driving school. Instructor Theresa is very patient and speaks to you clearly on what to do and what not to do. My first lesson with her I was terrified for my life than after a while I got so better and today (this morning 08-22-2019 11am) I passed my road test! Thank you so much Theresa I appreciate you! Recommend this school to a lot of people who are on a budget.

Decent place, but definitely consider. The 5 hr class, cool. Maria, the instructor that came in after the 5hr class, gave really good tips and I assume is a very good instructor. However, I didnt get Maria and the instructor I had did not prepare me sufficiently for the road test. I used the backup camera during practicing for the road test and the day of the test the examiner put paper over the screen. Then, on the day of the test when we were driving to the test site he was blaring music and texting...
Read full review at stop lights. I was so nervous and that didnt help. Its not his fault I failed but I wish I was better prepared. I had to prepare on my own for two months, doing parallel parking on my own and other preparations before I felt comfortable attempting the test again. Be aware and be adamant that your instructor teaches you everything and dont attempt the exam if youre not ready, even if your instructor says you seem ready. I passed on my second try, but it took a lot of learning on my own. And Im only giving 3 stars because I was only picked up once, all the other time I had to go to the school.

If I could give them 100 stars, I will. This is the best driving school and has the best driving instructors. They re so patient and understanding. I lacked so much confidence when I first started, but thanks to my driving instructors, I became more confident. I had the pleasure of working with Sharuk ( I hope I m spelling his name correctly) and Hassan. They addressed all my concerns and helped me out overcome all my fears as a new driver in NY. I took my road test on March 16, thanks to them I passed.

This school was great. The best part was my instructor, Theresa. She was patient with me and had very good tips. I was a nervous wreck till the day of the test, but because of her I was able to pass the road test on the first try. I highly recommend her! I was able to buy a package which included the classes, 5 hour class, the car to use and the road test appointment, which is super convenient.

I just passed my road test today and I m super relived and super thankful for Totally Cool Driving School for Teaching me all the ins and outs of Driving. Their employees are really kind and very understanding. My instructor, Marvin (shout out to him), was a great communicator with me and was very professional about everything. After the experience I just had with them, how can you not give them a 5 stars!

I dont even know where to start!! I am blessed and truly grateful I am to have chosen Marvin to be my driving instructor! He is one of the BEST instructors out there. I am a very anxious person but Marvin was able to tell me exactly what I needed to hear and taught me everything I needed to pass my road test. I passed my road test on September 21!! I took the last class with him in the morning and then he drove me to the road test site. We were the first ones there and he kept repeating to stay calm and giving me all the positive vibes! Marvin-I can t thank you enough for being such an excellent instructor. If you are looking for the best instructor out there, take Marvin! You wont regret it Thank you once again!!

I don t even write reviews but My instructor was amazing! After I failed my road test twice I finally passed my test! I had practiced a little with different schools before but I took one lesson before my road test with this driving school and I feel like they were the reason I passed. My instructor was Fredo he taught me so many new techniques that I needed that no other driving schools taught me before , and I ve tried a lot of schools . This school was professional and they really do help you pass your road test ! Thank you Totally Cool Driving School

A great driving school that I would recommend to anyone. Theresa is a fantastic instructor as she gets you very well prepared for the road test. She gives you excellent advice and helps you correct any mistakes. Overall a fantastic driving school that made my experience very enjoyable and ready for the road test.

A huge thank you to the representative answering the phone at Totally Cool, she was a very helpful and thorough communicator and answered all of my questions with really short hold periods. I ve almost never had such a pleasant experience while cold calling a business and asking multiple unusually specific questions with follow ups about their services. I ve not had the pleasure of using the school s services in person but if they operate anywhere near as adept as Miss Norris they are not going to disappoint. I d give them 10 stars if I could!
