I highly recommend this driving school. At first I was very nervous but after a few lessons my instructor Emmanuel made me feel comfortable and confident. He showed me everything I needed to pass the road test. He was very patient and went over things until I got in right. I passed my road test thank you Emmanuel!

10 out of 10 best experience with Flex Driving School. My instructor Emmanuel, was patient and knowledgeable, he showed me great techniques to use and ACE my road test. I felt nervous on test day, but Emmanuel, reassured me, I would be fine if I followed his techniques. I did as he instructed and was successful passing my road test after only 3 classes with him. I am elated! I finally passed, after failing my road test prior (2) times with falcon driving school. I am grateful I found Flex Driving School, I think their overall customer service is amazing. Best Value for driving lessons here in Queens. Instructors are very respectful, patient and give insightful lessons. Before coming here i falied my roadtest 3 times and wanted to give up but this school set me up for success in just 1 month.

By far the best experience I have had with driving schools. I failed the road test twice before engaging Flex Auto Driving to practice and take the road test. Excellent customer service and Mr. Emmanuel is by far the best driving instructor I have taken classes with. He is very knowledgeable and has lots of patience when teaching. He makes you feel confident and gives great prep speeches before taking the road test. I passed!!!
I passed my second test, after practicing for some time without the school. I think Instructor Emmanuel could have been a bit more attentive to the tendencies I had before my first test. Still, I appreciate being able to use their services for the second test. Mayra, the receptionist was helpful and kind, and Instructor Emmanuel was very encouraging. I thank them both for their help.
