12/07/2024 Entertaining class day with teacher Jose Jaén, his teachings are very useful to us
It was painful to see how disrespectfully one of front desk lady was treating everyone . Definitely hell of attitude problem. Mostly people in class were just to keep their license valid like me & few full time drivers.. God knows how they claim # 1 if can t keep an eye how front desk treating their main source of income (Drivers).
Instructor Jose Jean is amazing and very thorough. I learned so much in his renewal class. He has tons of patience and experience. He answer every question and is very informative. Talk your class with him. Great instructor!

Professor José Jaén is a very prepared person with extensive knowledge of the TLC rules. Today I took the License renewal course and the learning was very extensive and at the same time super enjoyable.
