I came from another school where the instructors didn t care about you and were always in a rush to teach you something and will get upset if you didn t do something right. They have great instructors. They are very professional and will teach you everything you need in order to pass. If you feel like you are missing something, ask. They will give you the tools and will guide you to success as long as you put in your effort. Do no go to the school as an adult expecting to be baby sat for basic information you should know when applying for a CDL
Thank you so much to New York Commercial Driving School for their instructors Prado and Daniel who are knowledgeable and patient, and always happy to help and teach in a way that you can understand and absorb the material. I m grateful for the time I was there. It felt like a second home. Everyone was glad to help from the instructor to the office assistant. Thank you to Juan for taking the school bus to the road test and giving me tips on how to approach the situation at hand. Recommend it and will go back to upgrade my license to CDL A, but for now, I m happy and excited that I have my license and that I m going to start a new job as a school bus driver thanks to New York Commercial Driving School. For someone who knew absolutely nothing about cars or driving, I learned SOOO much. I feel like I got more from my experience taking my classes with WILLIAM. He s like the Mr. Myagi of driving. I highly recommend him William I took 8 out of my 12 classes with him. Luis is also very good. I ended up passing my road test!! I ve been to other driving schools & none compare to how they teach you here.

I m glad I signed up for NYDS, one, for the convenient short trip from where I live to the yard to take the lessons, two, for the helpful staff over the phone about any information I needed, and lastly for the great instructors Raymond and Prado on teaching us what we needed in order to pass the CDL road test. I highly recommend this school for the reasonable prices they have for their several packages and scheduling your lessons to your convenience. Once again, awesome staff and awesome instructors I appreciate the great opportunity and experience I ve gained from attending this school.
