I would definitely recommend my friends and family here for sure. The people there are very professional and Phil even show me a sketch for the road test site to pass. This driving school really exceeded my expectations. I definitely recommend that you pick Mr. Phil as your instructor. Hes lenient, communicates to you clearly and, has a genuine interest in all of his students progress and well being. You wont regret it.
After many unsuccessful attempts of taking my road test I was finally paired with Shaun. He goes above and beyond to set his students up for success. He s patient and knowledgeable. You can t go wrong!
The driving school has become really unprofessional. I wouldn t receive text messages about my upcoming driving lessons nor any cancellations. When it came time for my driving test, I wasn t notified of the date nor cancellations either, and had to call many times just to get a finalized date and time. The people who answer the phone are also very disrespectful. I never had issues with the company during December - January, but this summer they ve been nothing but a nuisance.
I passed my road test today on my first try!! Thank you to the driving instructor Ernest and to the owner of Image Driving School. The owner was able to get me a last minute slot the day before my road test to a closer location to accommodate me. I couldn t be happier. If you are considering this school YES 10x!
The front house representatives are really sweet besides that Felt like I ve been robbed. I scheduled two road lesson 1 day apart from each other including having the same instructor Julian. He very difficult to work with & disrespect. unable to give correct instructions gave me hand signals numerous times like I wasn t suppose pay attention to the road. Totally half a$$ job.
I went here to learn how to drive. Within two months of buying the 15 lesson package in the summer, I was well prepared and ready to go. Currently have my D Class LICENSE and Driving This... Thanks to my given instructor (Andrew L) and the rest of the school for giving me guidance along for the road ahead.
Aprell was both my, and my moms, driving instructor. She is the BEST!!!! My mom and I both had such little experience but needed to learn how to drive asap before our permits expired, and thanks to Aprell, we both just passed! Classes with her are fun, they re informative, she s very responsible and always on time. I can t say good enough things about our experience. I recommend Aprell and this driving school to everyone!
I m a 31 year old man and I had little to zero driving experience after living in NYC my whole life. I chose this school because I noticed their website was being updated consistently - it showed me that they were active and on top of things. My instructor was Shaun and I am so grateful that we were paired together because his knowledge of driving techniques and his calm demeanor suited my learning style perfectly. about 13 lessons for my own comfort and passed the test on my first try. I m happy that it only took one attempt but I was a little sad that I wouldn t be seeing my instructor on a consistent basis. All in all I d recommend this school to everyone who lives in an area they serve and pray that you get Shaun. In fact they should promote Shaun to train all of the driving instructors so that every Image driving schools student has a similar efficient experience.
