Amethyst driving school is the best. I passed my road test first try! After taking lessons with Anastasia! All the instructors are professional and prepare you well for the road test! I am thankful to Anastasia and Maria for helping get my license! I recommend them to all new drivers! 10/10!

OMG! I could not recommend this place more! I had come from a previous driving school where I had already failed the test twice, but after 4 lessons with Anastasia I passed! She is the sweetest instructor and takes the time to really get to know her students and what makes them nervous about driving. She then takes these fears and reassures you that she will help you conquer them! If I could give them a hundred stars I would!

I had a great experience with Amethyst Driving School. Maria and Anastasia are very nice and helpful. Great News! I passed, after merely clocked-in 10.5 hrs of driving lessons. Having zero prior behind-the-wheel experience, I am very pleased to pass the road test in my first attempt. My instructor, Boris was great! He made me feel relaxed, taking my time to get used to the roads, not rushing, and being mindful of the details that would be essential to pass the road test. Maria was super diligent, she always calls the day before the lessons, double-checking my availability and make arrangements accordingly...

The only bad experience I had was when one of the lesson I switched schedule, and I agreed to take lesson with another instructor, who turned out to be a completely different style, and I did not like it. I complained and got a lesson back with Boris. Overall, its a good school, I would recommend taking the 60 mins and even the 90 mins lessons towards the end that helped me to get into different roads and situations.

Amethyst Driving School is the best driving school in South Brooklyn! My mom took lessons at Amethyst 8 years ago, and when it was my turn to learn how to drive I knew I would stick with them. I took lessons with Alex and Anastasia; they are both very professional, and I highly recommend taking lessons with either of them. She helped me schedule all my lessons and road tests around my busy college and work schedule. I highly recommend Amethyst Driving School - they are worth every penny!!!

Few important things you need to know 1. Mr Boris on the weekday (super sweet, gives simple, concise explanations and techniques, does not over complicate anything ) 2. The office staff!!!!!!! what a pleasure dealing with them, they are flexible and will try their best to make you satisfied. I made enquiries with many schools, they are the only ones that were flexible enough to work with me. I didn t even have to go to the office at all, everything was so seamlessly done. I just passed my road test on my first attempt!!! This is the BEST driving school with very skilled, qualified instructors. My instructor Anastasia told me about all the features of passing the exam and sorted out typical mistakes with me. I would definitely recommend it to everyone trying to get their license
