It was awesome! It was really short notice I wasnt expecting to be able to walk in and get my tests done in a matter of literally less than 45 min. For the road and written tests. I feel like they really did everything in their power to help me pass too
I just went to the worst experience ever in my life. I never thought this can happen to me. Ive seen this happen on TV on YouTube on Facebook. But I never thought that would happen to me. That experience was so embarrassing over a parking lot. Some lady demanding for me to move a parking lot. That doesnt have any signs saying that is private or Reserve after I went down and I talk to the owner and he Treat me even worst God would do judgment No one shouldnt be treated like that especially a public business...
They deactivated my account for canceling a drive time. I didnt cancel anything yet. Then I called and they said I did a no call no show. Well I called and I told them that I actually cant go in that day and the guy spoke over me, wouldnt let me talk he just kept saying good bye, bye. Okay. Bye. Goodbye. Over me, and I was unable to ask about activating my account again, and honestly I really dont want to go back. Id rather get my licence through the MVD test or whatever. And No one apologized for that behavior. But the class and teacher was a great experience.
Its much different from a mvd style experience. The place is calm and quiet and got me in immediately. The staff is there to help you and will answer your questions given reasonability. Great service, would recommend, and if you dont want to feel pressure then this is the place.
One of the instructors was particularly helpful teaching my daughter to drive a manual transmission car. He took her out several times and helped her, giving her more patient teaching than we were able to do as parents:)
The entire staff was friendly and kind. Adult driving test took less than 10 minutes. Written test took less time than that. Thank you for making the experience painless!
Turner School is, of course, convenient for kids going to Eldorado or nearby schools which is why a lot of parents choose Turner. They are dependable and reliable for their class room schedule as well as responsive and friendly. The only problem is the scheduled driving after the teen has completed the classes. You will wait up to 2-3 months before your child will receive any hands on actual driving instruction for the $300+ cost of this education. Which means the parent is the instructor (which...
we hopefully remember all the rules) during every day traffic and commutes until the school has an opening. Parents paid the school to teach our kids and they have provided acceptable classroom booklets and tests but they need to step up and provide actual real-life driving instruction quicker than 2 to 3 months. I was told the driving instructors are local coaches but that isnt a good enough reason to NOT teach our kids to drive when weve entrusted Turner to do just that within a reasonable time.
My adult child is over 18 and the employee that we spoke with at Turners flat out lied and told us that she could not take the $325 driver education program because she was over 18...so that we would spend more money on private driving lessons. After calling another school and receiving truthful, honest information, I will never consider using Turners and will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well. Terrible, dishonest company.
Nothing the worst possible school you could go to. My daughter has had 4 accidents come to find out she didnt feel she had knowledge to drive properly. They dont take them on freeway, or teach parallel parking!!! The driving test is around the block how is that teaching anything! The whole point of drivers Ed to learn the hard stuff especially when you live in a city and freeway driving is a necessity to learn. My advice go elsewhere state has extensive course $150 thats better price for the money. They should be sued someones gonna get killed if they havent already !! Cj
