Express Driving School Harrison

Before I get into this, I just want to start with saying that Viviana is an EXCELLET teacher and I would give her 5 stars if I could. But since this reflects off the entire school, Im deciding 2. The reason? Well. Theyre extremely backwards. I was given the outdated contract when they apparently have an updated one. I gotten sick twice and had to reschedule, and despite not only the counter person saying it was $35 to reschedule, and my contract saying it was $35 (by the hour), I still ended up...

But since my classes were only an 1hr and 45 minutes, I decided to meet the school in the middle with paying $50 rather the $70 that was originally sent to me. Yeah, they sent me a link to pay $70 to only change it to $50 after calling them out on it. Now with my most recent issue. My WRITTEN schedule says my class was at 1:15. I waited and waited. Then my instructor calls me at 1:45. A whole 30 minutes after my scheduled time. I then call Express to tell them the whole problem and to state that being 30 minutes late doesnt excuse anything and if I had been 30 minutes late, I would need to pay a fee. They claimed to have confirmed 1:45 with me prior and that is not what I heard at all (unless my call was recorded, which is against the law without my knowledge. Theres no warning prior to calling stating the call may be monitored and recorded so if they did in fact record my calls, thatd be a fat lawsuit waiting.) They said nothing. I requested a full refund for the class to which they declined, and offered other suggestions. At this point, with all the back and forth Ive been doing with them, I was frustrated and just asked for a refund on the class, to which they kept declining. I ended up having to take an hour class today then 30 minutes tomorrow before my road test. So now, Im having to shift my life around just because they didnt want to give me the money back for my class. Had they accommodated and agreed with me, gave me my refund, I wouldve given them 5 stars because it shows they can own up to their errors and fix it but no. They wished to be difficult. SO. In the end. I had a GREAT experience with the driver, solid lessons and I have no doubts in my ability to pass tomorrow. Document EVERYTHING, only ask for text proof for confirming lessons as them calling is clearly rigged. Happy wishes. Edit; I passed with flying colors thanks to VIVIANA

Viviana is such a wonderful instructor. She is very patient and is so helpful and is teaching me a lot. absolutely recommend her! [Edit] Just took my driving test and passed. Express driving school is great and especially Viviana! Sheade everything so easy!

my instructor was Viviana, she s really good and patient. if she has to repeat things just to make sure you feel safe she does it, she s always asking if you have any questions or not. the instructor i took the test with said that her students are always the best and that if you take your classes with her you ll always pass the test.

My instructor Viviana is the best! She helped me so much and of course I passed my test! Everything she taught me was on the road test. I am grateful for her guidance and support as my instructor. Thank you Express Driving School.

Excellent driving school. The instructors were very experienced and took there time teaching you pre inspections of the passenger bus and also driving. It was my first time ever taking a road test for a Class B CDL license, and I passed. The New Jersey motor vehicle instructor was very impressed by the way I easily passed the road test. Express driving school gives you the proper study guides to help you pass the road test. I would like thank Gino and the instructors for giving me the opportunity for starting a new career with my CDL license

The lessons are great, easily understandable. I definitely feel like Im learning something, César was professional and an amazing teacher! First time and successfully passed!!!

If you are looking for a great instructor please ask for Viviana. She is such a nice and supportive teacher. I learned a lot in a short time and she encouraged me and helped me to improve my driving skills. I passed my road test today and I am super grateful to had Viviana as my instructor. The driver was very understanding and knew exactly what he was doing. My teacher was Mr. Cesar and I thank him so much for preparing me for the Road test! Thanks to him I passed my test.

I had an amazing time with Viviana. I was a bit nervous when I started to drive on the actual road. Viviana was really patient with me and when she see you can do better , she pushes you to believe in yourself more( in a good way). If you have some spots that need to be tighten or some things to improve on, she ll help. I recommend this place for anyone who s a first timer or someone who need a bit more of a refresh on the road. Also, Viviana gave me key pointers when turning on the road as well. :)

Me and my instructor Jose Ricardo had an amazing lesson! He helped me 45 min before my road test, and I did amazing! He was so patient with me, he gave me a lot of trust before the test, I highly recommend taking lessons with him. He is a wonderful instructor!
