I highly recommend Amar Driving School and the instructor Celina.I have passed my road test recently.She is very brilliant,showed me amazing techniques in parallel parking,K-turn and driving which helped me in getting my drivers license.She made me feel comfortable throughout the practice session.She is super kind,soft spoken and patient which calms your mind especially when you re nervous/anxious before the test.Huge thanks to her for all the relentless support and encouragement :)

The instructors were very kind and patient. They were so helpful and reassuring. We did a lesson before the road test and they took me to the test where I passed.

My experience with the instructor was excellent I had Celine and I totally recommend her she gave me a lot of confidence and great parking tips. I had a practice session before my road test and she asked what I felt my weak point was (parking) and let me practice it multiple times and went over the crucial points for the road test repeatedly. However my test was in Rahway and I ended up failing because I felt rushed during my first parking attempt and was told to try again even though I wasn t done...
Read full review parking and that just made me nervous for my second try. Celine even went to talk to the supervisor with me to see if I can get another chance but that obviously didn t do anything. Do not go to Rahway especially if you are a beginner and don t have much practice or get nervous.

Im being nice and giving it 2 stars because i liked my instructor during my lessons but honestly this place deserves 1. On the day of my road test, i had a different instructor (who I think is the owner) giving me a lesson before my test. Not only did he grab the wheel the entire time during the lesson, he also insulted me. I already felt so nervous taking the test and he just made it worse by making me feel so stupid. If you ever take your road test, I advice you to make sure to tell them you want the same instructor youve been taking lessons with otherwise youll get someone that will garentee to make you fail.

Passed my DMV road test with the help of Amar driving school. Very responsive, clear communications through out the process and timely notifications.Helped with scheduling road test appointment. My instructor Blanco was very skilled, provided to-the -point instructions and helpful tips. pick-up and drop on the day of road test.
