I did my segment one 1 and it was amazing. Melinda was very nice and kind. She was very patient. She explains the chapters very well and helps you understand. She is very lovely. When you are driving she would make you feel safe and helps you on the road. Excellent customer service. The best prices right now in town. I will be coming back for segment 2
