My experience here wasn t great. I didn t schedule any classes yet and requested a refund due an urgent change of plans on my end, and the supervisor avoided speaking with me and refused to contact me (wouldn t call me at the request of the secretary, and ignored my emails) when I asked to explain my reasoning as to why I needed a refund. The costumer service was overall really shady and their policies aren t very clear and they re very misleading. I lost 300 USD from them. I wouldn t recommend working with them at all and I d choose somewhere more organized and transparent with their customers.
I scheduled both my children for the defensive driving course on a Sunday. Trillium personally called to make sure they were online and helped with any questions immediately first thing Sunday morning! The class is conducted by an energetic seasoned driving professional! Craig kept their attention and no child is left behind. Craig is thorough! I know my children are safer drivers with Trillium s guidance! They actually care! Great experience overall!
Sherard is a very patient and experienced instructor. He took my son for his driving lessons, including his first time behind the wheel. Sherard helped him with the driving skills as well as the right mindset to drive smoothly and confidently. I would recommend him ti anyone looking for an instructor.
I had a driving lesson Saturday morning it was great I had Terry as my driving instructor he was very calm which helped me be more comfortable
My driving instructor, Justin Green, AMAZING!! The driving lesson was awesome. I got comfortable really quickly and he made the maneuvers look easy and they in fact were. He was also present at my road test and was very supportive. The customer service too were very helpful with my questions. Wonderful driving school hands down!

Sanaa was my instructor and she is great. I started off not knowing how to drive at all and she built up my confidence! She s so sweet and patient. She really cares for her students. I would recommend her any day.
I never felt so confident to drive a vehicle before i had Ms. Karen as my driver instructor. She made that happen; she was very supportive and literally taught me everything so quick. Hypes me up everytime I would park perfectly; if you need a driver instructor that Will make sure youre gonna pass, definitely go straight to Ms. Karen. Youre going to pass that test if you have her by your side.
Sherard is a very patient, confident and experienced trainer. He took my 16 year old son for his first driving lesson, while I was tagging along in the back. Sherard helped him with the driving skills as well as the right mindset to drive smoothly and confidently. I will recommend him, he is really great.
Coach Sherard and I walked through parallel parking, driving straight in reverse/forward, reverse parking, and driving on highways. This was overall a wonderful experience and he shared great advice which made me more confident for my road test.
