1ACT Driving Schools Sandy Springs

Fantastic experience!! I talked to owner Ash for an extended time before sending my 16 year old to attend the 30 hour in person course. Ash was always pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond. Monica, the office manager is friendly and consistent ( EVERYONE is really) , the environment is safe and clean and they always have coffee available. My son really enjoyed the course throughout the 4 day split schedule and Dan, the instructor of the course was incredibly knowledgeable and very obviously LOVES his job. Dan made the course as enjoyable as it was enriching. I feel my son learned a lot about being an effective and safe driver that he will retain. 1 ACT is a GEM and a worthwhile investment. Id recommend anyone and everyone to 1 ACT.

The one word that I can use to describe my experience with 1 ACT is integrity. I was enrolled with a competitor and was in a continuous class reschedule loop. I was extremely frustrated and disappointed until I located 1 ACT via a google search. I called and spoke with Ash who was very personable and provided a great deal of helpful information. After speaking with him, I was completely sold and transferred my information over to him within minutes. To say the least, I was in his class within days. This was a great decision and a good experience. He and his entire staff were extremely personable. I highly recommend them and will say you will be pleased with your experience as well. Great facility with modern equipment.

I dont often write reviews, but for the excellent service I received from 1ACT driving school I had to make time and share my review. The service was excellent. From the ladies I spoke to over the phone to ask for information and to scheduling classes and the entire process. These ladies were fantastic. I beleive I spoke to about 3 different ladies. Excellent customer service including the constant email alerts to remind you of the sessions. Very helpful. I did 8 hours of driving lessons plus Road...
Read full review testing. Exceptional. My instructor GULED was amazing. He taught me everything that I was supposed to know and he made me feel comfortable. Guled was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was like having a friend of yours in the car who was teaching you how to drive. Keep up the good work. I passed my test and got my certificate. Also shout out to Ed, who administered my driving test. At first he looked intimidating, but once you get into the car with him, he made me feel relaxed. Thank you again to the entire staff!!

Hillary from the Sandy Springs Location and Laurie at the Lawrenceville Location, really helped me get my classes right, sent emails and gave me the Best Service (outcome possible). Great driving school! Great communication while scheduling driving lessons. Guled was my instructor. He was amazing: very positive and encouraging. I definitely recommend this school to others.

The classes were educational and they made them engaging. But why I am writing this review is that I took classes here years ago and lost the certificate. To my dismay, GA must have misfiled all of the info they had on me and found out my license in the new state I live in was not eligible for renewal ON MY BIRTHDAY, so I needed the certificate. I am still trying to locate the other things I had to complete for court, but Ash made it A LOT easier on me today. Definitely recommend coming here for your courses. Thank you, Ash!

Yolanda my instructor is Absolutely AMAZING!!!! Highly engaging with her material, very informative and hands down reshapes how you view government employees. She humanizes an already antisocial system. She comes to work to improve the lives of others and not just to collect a check. Thank you Yolanda and Thank you 1ACT for your transparency and general customer service. Shouts out to Alicia as well. Very personable and very quick with the assistance. Give Yolanda and Alicia a raise.

My daughter had her driving lessons through this driving school and I want to give a shout out to her instructor Robert Scott who was AWESOME. My daughter learned alot during her lessons and she said she felt comfortable with Mr. Scott. Thank you Mr. Scott for making my daughter feel comfortable behind the wheel

This was the best program for us. One of my kids took it on line and the other in classroom and they both liked it. Ms. Lori was incredibly helpful to us getting the classes set up. I really recommend
