When I first got to Tampa I need it to learn how to drive and I went to Flex Traffic School. the whole staff were very nice and knowledgeable of the information I was requesting. I decided to take my first driving class and the experience I had was excellent. they show genuine concern with my interest in how to learn how to drive. there is a lot of traffic school that only care about making money, in this school they show me there pledge is to serve and respect each and one of their students. 5 stars for this awesome traffic school.
Flex traffic school is very professional while also being very accommodating and FLEXible for folks trying to comply with traffic school requirements. They keep things fun and light while still providing serious instruction to help you understand to her in and out of safe driving. Highly recommended.

AWESOME...THE BEST TRAFFIC SCHOOL....!!!! Rudy was very professional, very knowlegeable, and well experienced. Rudy, our instuctor, was a great speaker, very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the material. Thank you Rudy and Flex Traffic School for a wonderful learning experience. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone.
Im convinced this establishment is discriminatory against white people because all of the bad reviews are from english-speaking consumers. They will not sign you up for a course or even give you the proper dates to attend unless you come in to the office but the offices are NEVER open. So you can come in as many times as you want youre not going to be able to establish a date for service. Not only that but they somehow offer 8 hour courses but all locations close at 2:30 according...

They should be reported to the state of Florida because theyre not offering the proper curriculum according to the state if theyre not even open a full 8 hours during the day. The customer service, or the young lady that answers the phone seems to be absolutely clueless & not at all helpful. Truly awful, do not waste your time here, theyre unreliable and bound to put you in a tight predicament. Not worth entrusting your driving record with these people. Also I watched a girl walkout of the office and get in her car after I had knocked on the locked office door & got no response. When they were supposed to be open. How pitiful. & to the response, please address the fact your office hours on Google do not reflect the hours on the door of your business?

I did not like the service. They provide very bad information and are not understanding. They are not professional in their service and way of treating people who want their services. I didnt feel like they wanted to help. Well, its just another business with people without a vocation and without love for their profession. No me gusto el servicio.
