WORST SCHOOL EVER! CANCELED MY SONS DRIVING CLASS OVER 6 TIMES ,MINUTES BEFORE HIS CLASS.HE HAD TO MISS SCHOOL AND WORK TO ACCOMODATE THEIR SCHEDULES AND THEN THEY CANCEL ON HIM. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL. WAITING ON MY REFUND FROM THEM WHICH SEEMS TO BE TAKING FOREVER AS WELL, KNOWING THAT THEY ARE TO BLAME. WILL BE CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEXT WEEK IF I DO NOT HEAR FROM THIS SCHOOL BY MONDAY.

Make sure to read the reviews. Like SEVERAL other people the initial experience was fine. When you try to receive a refund for a service that is not being used or won t be used they won t refund you and try to say you are ineligible . First of all I called to schedule a car for a road test and was told I was good to go. Come to the day of the road test nothing was scheduled. They never submitted it. Not only was I unable to complete my road test they did not want to refund me for this service that...
was NEVER scheduled and NEVER used. If you want to use the road test service you would just be throwing your money away. Do yourself the favor and go to somewhere else that actually has a physical establishment. VERY VERY disappointed. I will continue to fight for my refund bc I refuse to pay for a service that wasn t scheduled or even used. Buyers BEWARE.
I initially had a great experience with this driving school. I scheduled four lessons, each 2 hours long, and my instructor, Anderson, was fantastic. He was super cool and taught me all the basics without any issues. I felt prepared for my road test thanks to him. However, my experience scheduling the road test with their road service was a nightmare. The first time, I was notified just minutes before my road test that my instructor wouldn t be able to pick me up due to a miscommunication. After...
an hour on the phone, they rescheduled my test, but on the second road test date, I called 30 minutes before my test only to be told that there was no record of my booking even though I had received a confirmation email from the DMV. At that point, I asked for a refund because I needed to take my road test ASAP, and they simply couldn t get it right. While the lessons were great, their road test scheduling process is unreliable and frustrating. If you re looking for consistency when it comes to scheduling your road test, I d recommend looking elsewhere.
Excellent service, teaching, kind instructor, and nice car even for a guy as big as me. I really enjoyed the experience, I do recommend to anyone that needs the lessons.
