Awesome driving school! Our son was much more confident and safe after his driving lessons! Jacki, his instructor, was wonderful. The lessons were easy to schedule and they took him for his road test. He passed on his first attempt. I highly recommend them for teen drivers.

This is the best service! Jakki is awesome! She is patient and clearly explains herself to the students. She gave our daughter so much confidence and she passed her driving test! I will recommend this to any parent dealing with a first time driver. She is flexible with her hours. Jakki thank you so much!

911 driving school teachers are amazing! Super gracious, patient & knowledgeable. My child felt super comfortable & confident after each lesson. Got her license & got a perfect score! Not to mention since we paid for 911 driving school, it helped lower our car insurance payment!

My instructor was Jakki, she is super professional and did an amazing job at teaching me all the important maneuvers I needed to make during the driving test, and I passed the test with full score thanks to her teaching, she also gave me many really useful tips and knowledge as well as pointing out what I was lacking so that I can be a much safer driver when I actually go on the road. Would recommend to anyone no matter you are learning for the test or just want to be a better/safer driver.

We did not have a good experience with Lee. My daughter was a brand-new driver with only a few hours experience. We made it very clear that we were looking for him to teach the fundamentals because we wanted a strong start for her. When they returned two hours later my daughter was fighting back tears as he proceeded to completely rip her apart about what a horrible driver she was and that she almost killed herself three time. Read full review take her to a quieter road and start from the beginning since he knew she was so new. His response, she wasnt that bad. I realized then he was trying to use scare tactics. And I understand that my daughter may not have been a great listener. She is a total beginner and didnt know how to respond to the driving cues. But the communication did nothing to build trust or rapport with my daughter for future lessons. I tried very hard come to an understanding with him and told him that I really wanted to work with him and his wife. But we could not find a way forward. Clearly there were two very different takes on how the conversation went, as I thought he was extremely rude and he felt I was. This is obviously a situation where the truth is in the middle as tensions were high. However I still think it is incumbent to share my experience as this company is not a good fit for everyone. Rather than being defensive, I hoped the company would respond that they were sorry for the miscommunication and we could go our separate ways.

I had the pleasure of attending the 911 Driving School and I couldnt be more satisfied with my experience. Jakki, my instructor, was exceptionally patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Her calming presence and expert guidance helped me build my confidence behind the wheel. I would highly recommend 911 Driving School, especially for nervous drivers, and credit Jakki for her excellent teaching skills. Thanks to her, I passed my driving test on the first attempt.

You pay for driving lessons, then call them and email them for days without a response. Finally they tell you that they dont have any available lessons until a month from now and when they refund you they charge a fee. I would stay away from these guys as they are really unprofessional and dont know how to properly conduct business

My daughters driving instructor, Jakki, was extremely helpful in teaching my 16-year old how to drive and effectively pass the test. Not only did she teach my daughter how to drive, but also gave my daughter confidence behind the wheel. Such a great piece of mind knowing that my daughter is experienced, confident and safe behind the wheel!

911 Driving School has been the best at helping me grow as a new driver. Jakki is a great instructor who was extremely dedicated into making me do the best I can on the road. She puts in a lot of time and knowledge that goes very far in the lessons I ve had with her. She pushed me to go from someone who doubted they can even pass to getting my license on the first try. I appreciate all the effort and will continuously use everything she taught me to help me with my future here in Florida. I highly recommend this school for anyone who needs good instruction to achieve their goals.
