My experience with Metro Traffic School was amazing from start to finish. Joel was extremely helpful during the registration process and making sure I had an instructor that could work with my schedule. Samantha Michaud was an amazing instructor! She was always punctual and communicative. During our lessons she helped me relax and become a better driver with her patience and calm persona. To top it off, I passed my driving exam first time all thanks to her help. Thank you so much Samantha!

I took the 4 Hour Drug and Alcohol Course with them and it was really easy to do. I truly recommend it.
This company is nothing but a third party money scamming corporation. I drove from homestead to A street for 30 minutes. The rules and the skills were not read before I started the test, and I was failed for hitting a cone, which I did not know were placed there as part of the test. I was not even able to get out of the parking lot. There was no instruction and the cones were deliberately placed there inside of the lines were, normally I never would ve even hitten a car. It is a scam that is employed to make it easier to get you out and take your money. Do not spend the money on them.
This place is a scam they failed my son didn t get out of the parking spot. No instruction and then the employee failed him on a cone violation with out instructions.it appears this is a serious scam.Maybe is we were Latin we would be treated professionally. This location is a ripe off stay away

DO NOT USE this driving school. We had a terrible experience trying to work with this company, both with the instructor and the customer service. We signed up with this company because we needed weekend training for our 16 year old. Site says they work weekends, and the first instructor did for the first lesson. Then she decided she did not want to work weekends. The office said she does work weekends when we complained, and said we needed to work it out with the instructor. When we scheduled...
weekday lessons after months of back and forth, and then had to cancel due to school activities, we were forfeited on 2 out of 5 lessons. Now the office is hanging up on us when we call to try and resolve. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and please PASS THIS ON TO OTHER PARENTS! Reviews on their site show a 4.8 rating, but pay close attention... they are all from 2019. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!
