Amazing driving school. My instructor Stephen was brilliant. When I first started my lessons I had very little confidence and hated driving. Stephen really helped me and changed that. He is a really good teacher. I passed my test on my first attempt all thanks to Stephen and ofcourse Eyob who gave a refresher before the exam. I highly recommend this school.

I have had my learners for 2 years and I never drove a vehicle a day in my life. My learners were about to expire 2 months before I enrolled in my first driving on the road class. I was extremely nervous but after my second lesson I was comfortable with driving. In DC it s a requirement to parallel park. I just knew I was going to fail because parallel parking is difficult. Ethio taught me 5-6 easy step to remember and I passed on my first try. I wish I can give them more than 5 stars . Special shout out to my instructor Hawaryaw Zewade. He had more faith in me when I doubting myself. I am super excited I passed !!! Thank you , Ethio for your outstanding service. Job well done

I can say only very (very!) positive things about the Ethio Star Driving School. It is managed by wonderful people, and pickup location should be convenient for any DC resident. My main instructor was Stephane - one of the best in the game - will always give tips and advices how to be a proactive and defensive driver. So, whether you are an experienced driver, who wants to get a refresher course, or a newbie, who plans to apply for the driver license, this is simply the best place to learn.

I had a great experience with Ethio Star Driving School. I took 5 driving lessons (2hr each) with Hawaryaw (Sundays and Tuesdays). I had not driven in 15 years and had very little driving experience. I was unsure I could get over my insecurities, but after the first lesson, I was already feeling a lot more confident. The instructor provided clear instructions and good feedback. Read full review parking (because is required for DC). I also booked the car rental with a 30-minute test drive before the test. The 30min test drive was good to get familiar with the path used for the test, as well as the car. It included a refresher on parallel parking as well. I passed my test on the first try!

Ethio-Star came in highly recommended with several schools . I had taking 55hours of behind the wheel lessons with ESDS. I appreciate the team and especially MR.Hawaryawi provided excellent services including on-time pick ups, Good customer service that accommodate the skill levels of learners.They have also affordable prices.I was able to pass my road test with the first attempt. I highly recommend Ethio Star Driving school whether you are a beginner driver or looking for an extra boost and practice for taking your driving test. They are punctual, respectful, and very easy to work with. They were flexible when I needed to take time off between my classes. Most of all they gave me great confidence for driving safely and successfully taking my road test.

It was wonderful learning how to drive with Ethio Star. As an adult learner with no prior driving experience, Ethio Star taught me how to drive while keeping myself, passengers and the others sharing the road with me safe. Driving with my instructors grew my confidence in being on the road, and as a result, I passed my drivers test on the first try! I highly recommend this driving school.
