Great experience! I was actually recommended by another company that does defensive driving. Everything was easily scheduled with their online scheduling process. They answered all my calls and questions. They send out reminders and are always on time with their lessons and their drive time sessions. My daughter felt very comfortable with both male drivers. She said they helped her feel comfortable behind the wheel and taught her a lot of traffic rules and safety. Their cars were supper clean and everyone I worked with was so helpful and professional. I couldn t say enough great things about this company. I actually learned a lot along the way to. recommend in my book!!!!
I have been VERY pleased with the services provided by Top Cops to get our son (recently) and daughter (4 years ago) prepared to pass their road test and drive. They are very responsive with questions and always make sure you are up-to-date on whats next in your journey.

I cant recommend Top Cops Driving School enough. After completing class time and drive time for his permit, my son was issued a ticket within the first year of his license. I immediately phoned Amy and Melinda to get their advice on how to best serve him and to help him regain his confidence behind the wheel. The DD class was informative and exhilarating for my son. Thanks for everything!
Overall, I would say Top Cops was worthwhile. It is easy to schedule the drives and the test. The staff is responsive to emails and helpful with questions. Dont schedule a test with Randy. My teen had to retest and the instructor we retested with mentioned that Randy fails 5-10 people a week and the second drive instructor said that is how many they usually fail in a year. Hes apparently super strict and makes up his own rules regarding passing. I wish I had known that ahead of time and I would...
have scheduled with someone else and not had to spend an extra $70 to retest. In response to your reply, your own instructor told me that wasn t true. I was very happy overall until your employee told me this. I would have happily accepted my son needed to retest without this information. The fact that your employees don t believe this to be true might mean you have an issue within your own company.
This school is fantastic, the instructors are top notch. They are friendly, personable and knowledgeable. They relate to you on a human/ personal level. They find individual needs and address them accordingly. They treat you like people and not like a paycheck. The skills my teen learned were phenomenal and something I was incapable of teaching as a parent. Cant wait for the advanced driving now that my kiddo is ready due to this school. Thank you Top Cops.
I have to say that both of my kids have done Top Cops and it has been a fantastic experience! My daughter is currently going through it. She had drives with Marlo and I have to say, Marlo is the BEST! She made my daughter feel so comfortable. She was calm. My daughter loved talking with her the whole time! I think she wants Marlo to be her BFF . I highly recommend Top Cops but most of all recommend Marlo for your drives!
Top Cops is an amazing driving school to work with and I now have the peace of mind knowing that my daughter was trained by the best. If you have the opportunity to request Glenn Davis, he is absolutely amazing. My kiddo (who was dreading driver s ed) was incredibly bummed when her lessons were over because of how much fun she had and how great of a teacher Glenn is. I can t thank you all enough!!
Amazing experience! From class time, to behind the wheel and to drive test. Highly recommended program to ensure your driver is learning things right from the start.
Great service they were really helpful in helping my son get his license. The classroom was a great start and the behind the wheel (BTW) hours supported his learning. The BTW instructors took the time to ask about what areas he wanted to needed to work on and had him focus on those areas to help make him a safer driver, in addition to fulfilling the required hours.
