Absolute joke! My son took the 30 hour online course. When he went to take the test he failed 11 times!. After we got the results we checked and Iom was WRONG on several of the answers! I even called for help but the lady that answered the phone had no clue how to help and promised to call me back. She of course did not! Then when he took the actual test, the questions were not even covered on the course. Instead there was a whole chapter about not hitting pedestrians! The questions on the final...
were things like what is the wear on the tires called (this is one that Iom was wrong on as I am a mechanic and cupping is not the right answer!) or what organ processes alcohol because you need to know that to drive! What a joke! Edit after reply. To indicate that the vast majority of your students get it on the first try is to indicate that my son must be stupid. He is a straight a honor roll student. I watched him take the test 4 times and the questions were impossible and were not on his actual driving test that he passed No problem so it seems to me that your test is the problem not my son. Also, if your staff says someone will call back in 15 mins and they don t, that is poor customer service no matter the reason for the call.
Someone just got officially fired for leaving a bad review on Google Maps. (by the way, the fired person passed the exam)

We went into Academy school of driving one Ethiopia lady the one who tested was so rude oh God % RUDE so we decided to speak with somebody there, you need to hear this, rudely. I dont think is good place to go.
First of all there are no dash cameras during instruction or the test. Second of all the car is an older model with bad brakes. It s your word against them. With no proof of their claims, they easily are able to get more money out of you. Take yourself or your kid somewhere else. That values safety and not money. Somewhere that has cameras for training and safety purposes shame on you guys. A driving school with no dash cameras reeks of scam.
Disappointing experience at IOM Driving Academy, the staffs poor attitude, especially the long bold instructor got attitude, left much to be desired.
I HAVE NEVER SEEN SO RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE IN MY LIFE. I took the exam and passed, but they still gave us our money back and expelled us.(They kicked us out after seeing my friends comment on Google Maps) Also, their cars are old and their brakes are not good.
Very good school helped me learn lots of the basics regarding driving. Teachers were all nice and just an overall great academy
