DriveSafe Driving Schools - Denver

I dont believe my driving examinstructor disclosed his name, but was a nice guy while remaining more professional than I expected. Great experience.

After not driving for 18 years, I decided to get my drivers license again. Needless to say, I needed a refresher before taking the test, and DriveSafe Colorado was such an incredible one-stop shop for this. I signed up for the one hour lesson with driving test included and I am so glad that I did. My instructor, Dave, was so thorough with everything from driving laws to proper steering (which he was very patient in teaching me how to do who knew that was such an art?) He kept a very calm demeanor...
Read full review the entire time and although he pointed out my mistakes, always offered ways to fix them. The best news I passed the test!! But let me tell you, I would have failed miserably had I not taken the one hour refresher. Thanks so much to the East Colfax branch of DriveSafe Colorado! What a great experience and worth every penny! I think it s great that first time drivers are getting the opportunity to learn from them!!

Super expensive. 115.00 for drive test when others charge 80.00 and there is no refunds even 30+ days out. In the recorded terms and co dictions it does not say that it says cancelations are accepted excepted up to 48 hrs till test except it doesn t say no refunds. Totally predatory.

I had the best experience at DriveSafe. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My instructor Matt was knowledgeable, friendly and wanted me to succeed. His tips and guidance made the difference between failing and passing in my case. Brie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DriveSafe!

My drive experience with Maria Valdez was amazing. She was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. She gave me great advice and taught me new things I hadn t thought about before. It was a very enjoyable ride and I am grateful for the top-tier instructor I had.

Each experience I had with this service was fantastic, from the practice test to the road test my instructors were knowledgeable, direct and kind. Matt Hernandez at the Denver location had a great sense of humor, a calm demeanor and helped me to stay relaxed and attentive during my drive test even though I started out as a stress ball! Clayton Tuck was one of the best driving instructors. Although completing my hours before my lessons, Clayton helped me fix small mistakes that had become force of habit. Clayton went out of his way to help me prepare for my drivers test and helped me feel more confident within my driving, not only within residential areas but also the highway. Clayton is one of the best driving instructors as he is calm, nice, and gives feedback in a way that is not overwhelming. Clayton is the best driving instructor I have had, and if you get him consider yourself lucky!

I had an amazing experience with Lisa here, she is such a sweet heart. She was so patient, understood that I am a non USA driver, clarified all my questions before hand. The test was such a smooth ride. The instruction class felt like I was driving around Denver with a friend. Lisa if you are reading this, I intended to ask your number but did not then, we should get coffee sometime if youd be interested.

I had been trying to get my driving license for a long time and this driving school made it all possible. My instructor was Matt Hernandez and I only have to say he was very professional and calm when teaching me, it gave me confidence to pass the test and have everything ready to issue my driving license right away. Totally recommend it.
