DriveSafe Driving Schools - Denver

Mara was a great driving instructor. My favorite out of the three, she was great at telling me about the things I did wrong but always had something good to say about it too which is a way better way to learn rather then just talking about the wrong things. She made the drive fun by engaging in conversations along the whole way!

I took the one hour lesson and then a driving test directly after. During the lesson, my driving instructor, Lisa Tchouaffe, could not have been more helpful as she showed me everything I needed to tweak in order to perform well on the test. She was very thorough and consistent, really calming me down and making me feel prepared before the test. I would definitely recommend Drive Safe to anyone looking to get their license. 10/10.

I went in for my drivers test. My instructor was Matt H. he was fantastic. It felt like he wanted me to pass but more than anything to really learn the correct and safe way to drive. Very professional, quick, and painless.

Took my driving test here as an adult after a couple years of not having a license. Lisa was my driving tester and she was super nice and professional. Also Heather, who made my appointment for me over the phone, went above and beyond to make sure I could get an appointment asap. Thanks to both!!

This place is awful. They basically steal your money by making it seamless to purchase a driving test online, then giving you no way to schedule it without calling. When the timeline for test availability doesn t work and you try to cancel, they refer you to their no refunds policy. To be clear, a business you have never set foot in your entire life allows you to purchase a service, only allows you to access that service by appointment, and when they can t accommodate you on an aceptable timeline, has no interest in giving you your money back that is a scam. It means the business has no interest in taking care of people and doing the right thing.

Update: they replied to this review asking me to email them and I did. Not a word since. The website requires you to pay upfront for a road license test prior to seeing the available schedule. Once it processed my payment, I was unable to log in to the account/portal I had just created to schedule, so I had to call to schedule by phone. I was able to do that with some ease but realized a few minutes after I hung up with the person scheduling the call for me that I had made an error in the day that...
Read full review I wanted to have the driving test scheduled. I called at least 5 times and left messages every time, and never got a reply. The Scheduled time came and went and I was never able to reach a human being at the Denver location. Website didnt work, people dont answer phones or return calls. Not a good first impression.

I would recommend DriveSafe to anyone who is looking for a reliable driving school for their teenager. Excellent customer service and instructors. My daughter took the drivers permit course, did 6 hours of drive instruction and passed her drivers test through DriveSafe.

I had a very pleasant experience leading up to, during and following my road test for a drivers license. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful - whether on the phone with questions or in person. Don t hesitate to book here !!

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The examiner Randy was very helpful and clear when it came to the rules of the test. Will recommend.

Thank you DriveSafe Driving Schools, because I wouldnt be driving without you. Expect nothing but professionalism with them. When it was time to take my road test and I was stressed more than Ive ever been, my assessor Randy stayed calm and collected puting me at ease. Give that man a raise, he deserves it! Youd be silly to choose any other school/testing facility.
