My daughter and son both went through this driving program and everything was great both times. The staff members that we interacted with were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The driving instructors are great with teaching teens what they need to be safe drivers and at the same time make the teens feel comfortable with them. They have great customer service and really listen to the needs of their customers. I would recommend this driving program to any family who needs drivers education!
We absolutely love these guys! Both my husband and I went there for our road tests, and were treated with nothing but respect and courteousness. Personally, as I was kind of on edge, Randy made me feel relaxed right off the bat. Extremely professional, polite, and understanding. I ve told countless people about them, and will always recommend them!

Great experience all around! Instructor Mike was always on time for appointments, great with communication regarding appointment days/times (always texted the day before to confirm) and was a great teacher for our daughter. We also saved time by completing the driving test for the license through 1st Drive - less time at the DMV!! I would highly recommend 1st Drive to friends and family. Thank You!
Good service at the location, however it should be noted they do not return phone calls after the test is over. I was told the driving test was all I needed to complete, turn out It was not true, I need to complete the witten test and eye test. Could have been my misunderstanding. Long story short, I found myself retaking my permit and drivers test at 43 yo, after accidentally not paying a ticket and then letting my license lapse. Good times. Although I have actually been driving longer than I havent at this point, I was incredibly nervous about taking the test- mostly written, but both! I took my permit test with the lovely lady who owns it (whose name I forget, so sorry) and she was patient and accommodating. I have terrible ADHD and she made sure I had a nice quiet environment...
. There was a mixup of some kind, and I was unaware that I could have taken the permit test for free at the DMV, and they kindly gave me a credit towards my drivers test. Randy was my driving test instructor, and couldnt have been better! At 43 yo I was as nervous as any teen taking the test- its been YEARS since I have had to do this! Randy is a calm, patient, kind man, and he made a point to engage in friendly conversation to put me at ease before and during the test. Randy and his wife have 3 kids and 4 grandchildren, and all I could think is how lucky they are to have such awesome parents! Hopefully I wont be needing their services for myself again anytime soon, but would and will be recommending them to anyone who might!! Thanks for a great experience in what is admittedly a stressful situation for anyone!
The drive tester got on my son for driving too fast in a residential area when he was following the speed limit. He then marked him off 4 times for something so petty that no one in this country should have a license. Nobody has ever been pulled over for this offense. He even avoided an accident when he was cut off during his test! Are you kidding me?!!! My son didnt get his licence because the tester was petty. The woman with the tattoos is awesome though. And I truly appreciate her help. Shanon? Im sorry, Im terrible with names. You are the best part of that company as far as Ive seen.
I took the driving test with Randy today. He was direct with instructions and was patient. I didnt feel nervous and the route was gorgeous and safe. Randy is knowledgeable and gave me some well appreciated tips on how to better manage my skills as well as all around safety. I highly recommend this school.
