Roland is so patient, warm and kind while being a very informative teacher. My older son and friend s kids also had him and turned out to be excellent drivers! I highly recommend Bill s Defensive Driving as I m sure all their instructors are top notch.

I have 2 students at Bills school. One passed his driving test first time, even though when he started lessons there was only 3 months left until his permit expired. My other student is making great progress. Also, Bills school is really great administratively. Booking lessons is easy. The front office staff are helpful. The cars used for lessons are in great condition.

If your looking for place to learn how to drive I highly recommend Bills defense driving school. I recommend instructor Shelley she was so kind. Understanding and very patient.

Stephen Wallace from Bills Defensive Driving School was a very good driving instructor. He took my kid from never even being behind a wheel before, to driving confidently on the freeway in no time flat. He was very friendly, kind, and patient. He put both my kid and I at ease. He never lost his patience and he had a lot of great driving advice for my kid. I truly believe he gave my teen all the tools needed to pass the driving test. I can happily say my kid has now passed on the first try! Definitely recommend him, he loves his job and it shows!

We had a great experience with Stephen Wallace. He was able to take him to the freeway on his first instruction. He also gave us a checklist that was very helpful, and my son passed the test in Concord on his first try!

The online portal makes it easy to look up future appointments. Steve was my son s driving instructor and he was amazing. He was always on time for pick up, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. So glad we found Bills defensive driving school. Another local school in our area that friends referred us to didnt answer the phone all week/return our messages so we found Bills school through Yelp. Steve our instructor was patient, informative, and an amazing instructor. SO impressed with the quality of instruction. My daughter thought it was so much easier to drive than she had anticipated in large part due to the calm, and reassuring teaching from Steve.
