This is the best driving school! The instructor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Additionally, they were super accommodating to a very tight schedule I had to work around on the day of my drivers test. I had forgotten which day my drivers test was and panicked, but Oakse came to the resuce! Within an hour of my initial call I was reassured, had an appointment with Oakse; I was picked up, driven to the test and passed! I am very thankful for Oakse Driving School! The lessons were also very well priced and affordable, which is a huge plus.

Highly recommend Oakse Driving School. My daughter just had her first lesson with Wei, the driving instructor. He is punctual and very pleasant to work with. With his help, i am confident that my daughter will pass her driving test with DMV. Very reasonable price. Glad we found him.

Great instructor! He was very patient and gave great guidance along the way. People in the comments are exaggerating about the language barrier; there s not a language barrier, he s just occasionally hard to understand due to a thick accent. But not a big deal. I definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to learn to drive.

Great Driving Instructor, helped me prepare for my license test within a week. Great price range couldn t find any where else. Language barrier wasn t a big issue like other review painted. Highly recommend!

I dont review often but I really need potential customers to be aware. Impatient, bad attitude, and stopped teaching all together after a few mistakes. The teacher is young and might not have much experience teaching from my impression. Also beware most of his successful students are Chinese so mind the language barrier.

My instructor was good. He pointed out the mistakes I made, and gave positive feedback anytime I did something right. I certainly learned a few new things, and he also reassured me that I know enough to pass the test. I gave a 3-star instead of 4 or 5 mainly because of two things, (a) there was a language barrier. He had a Chinese-English accent that was hard for me to understand, so I had to ask twice for many things. (b) he didn t seem too invested/excited in teaching. Felt like he was doing it for the money, which is not a bad thing, but I personally am not in favor of that.

I got my driving license in NY and new car in CA but I was not confident enough to drive myself, so I asked help from the teacher to get familiar with CA driving rules and my car. He is very responsible and experienced, Influenced in both Chinese and English, I highly recommend this driving school if you need some affordable and helpful classes!

He is a great instructor and I easily passed the test with his teachings.

I was trying to get my license in a rush, and passed the test in a month with his instructions. Overall a great experience.
