The program was very informative, the instructors were professional and patient. I learned a lot about traffic rules and feel much more prepared to be on the road. Very cool instructor (John) and very helpful and clam when driving. Being picked up from my house and driving around Oakland made me more comfortable with being on the road and more comfortable around other cars. I highly recommend Bay Area Driving School. We had a very positive experience with both my daughter and my son. Erika was the driving instructor for my kids. She is wonderful. She is so patient, kind, and encouraging. Especially if you have a child who is a little nervous to get behind the wheel. Besides teaching them to drive and road safety, she really helps build the confidence of a new driver.

Bay Area Driving school is a bay area treasure! The management is kind, caring, and responsive. They are generous to the community, donating two consecutive years to our annual fundraiser (Berkeley Playhouse) - our auction winners are lucky to score such a gem!

10/10 driving school. Scheduling lessons is very easy and the employees are very kind. I had Jonathan Alfaro as my instructor and he was very patient and helped me feel confident in my driving skills. I passed the road test on the first try! I will definitely be recommending this school to family and friends.
