Easily some of the best support/ customer service I have ever received. I accidentally purchased the wrong course and noticed AFTER receiving the certificate, which voids any refund. The rep. I spoke with was kind enough to give me a discount code for the correct course, and it was for 100% off.. Honestly, the kindest thing anyone has ever done for me. I took this bc it is required for secretary of state of you have lost license do to a dui..website is miss leading..says 24 years or older adult driver ...however after paying and completing.exam ...I get a blank email..I follow up today and am told I will get no certificate and will not be reported to the state bc I am older then 20yrs...complet scam..website misleading...customer service rep was completely unprofessional and rude..refused a refund and tried to make me look stupid. I am reporting for the state to remove you from thier website. This place is a joke and the jokes on me. ...cute
Wow, Urban Traffic School does exactly as promised. I typed an incorrect address, replied by email, and was fixed within a few minutes. I have recommended the Mature Driving course to my family and all my friends over 55 years.
This coarse was quick and easy. Questions were not difficult. took aprox 4 hours. I recommend Urban Traffic School!
The price was very affordable and the material was presented in a manner that makes it easy to learn. The site is easy to log back into after a long break. Did and finished my class without any issues.
I have never had an easier experience with a traffic school!! All five chapters were easy to follow and the site is very user friendly. They also have a chat set up so you could get help but I had no need to use it. I highly recommend but I hope I dont have to use it again, in the case that I may I would obviously come back.
