Very friendly and professional instructor, and I had no doubt that I would pass my driving test. They are very fast with their communication and never leave anything left to question. It was very easy to sign up for lessons and I did not have to wait a very long time for an available time slot . Test preparation was vert straightforward and easy to follow/understand. I was given a long amount of time to prepare for my lessons and driving test, and would recommend this place to others.

ADVAN absolutely prepared me for the driving test! Derek is a nice instructor and is willing to help you understand how to stay safe on the road. I would like to thank Derek for helping me prepare for the test!

Very firm but knows when to chill out. Gave lots of tips and was very helpful. Worked around my busy schedule and kept up with safety procedures for COVID. Super understanding and affordable prices for what you get. Passed my driving test on the first try and only had about 4 lessons. Highly recommend!

Im so glad that I stumbled upon ADVAN Driving School. Dereck was a really helpful driving instructor. Because of his constant reminders and laid-back personality, I was able to learn a lot in such an anxious-free atmosphere. Thanks to Dereck, I was able to pass my driving test on the first try at Glendale DMV! My driving examiner even said I should thank my instructor, haha. Definitely would recommend this to anyone who is in desperate need of an instructor who is worth the price [:

I would highly reccomend ADVAN Driving School as I found they were very professional, helpful, patient and informative. Dereck, my instructor was great at establishing where I needed help and guided me thoroughly. He was able to push me to learn and as a result I passed my test on the first attempt! Im really grateful for his help. As I hadnt driven or had lessons for a while I also found it helpful when instructor Ryan took my first lesson to ease me back into driving and made me feel confident. Also the entire admin side of my lessons and booking the driving test with the DMV was taken care of for me by the school. Overall I had an excellent experience - Jonathan.

My instructor was great and really helpful. He was very informative and that definitely helped out a lot. I was even complimented by the driving examiner that I am a good driver! Overall I had an outstanding experience and highly recommend ADVAN Driving School.

This is going to be a really long review because I want to share how instrumental Advan was in helping me pass my driving test. TLDR: Could not have done it without them! Great value and accommodating to teen drivers or adult learners with a full-time schedule alike. I called Advan after failing my test THREE times. I chalk it up to being a nervous tester and lack of technical direction. My family helped a lot but fell into one of two camps: very careful and technical but too nervous to teach me...
Read full review OR relaxed but could not provide the technical direction. Advan s good reviews made them one of my top choices. I scheduled my first session by phone call and got reminders by text. Throughout three two hour sessions, Derek provided a thorough assessment, lessons on fundamentals, insights, technical guidance, constructive criticism, encouragement and lots of feedback. I was super nervous when the time came to take my test but managed to pass with only two minor errors. I was super happy and wished I had called them from the beginning! As a new driver, I feel safe and have gotten much more comfortable driving. I truly appreciate the help I received!

Derek pushed me to my limits. During his instructional teaching, I learned a lot, ultimately leading me to pass the drivers test with 0 incorrect. Derek would always correct my mistakes which helped me a million. #derekthegoat

I started looking up different driving schools in the area. I found ADVAN Driving School had a lot of good reviews. I had a few friends who took Derick as there driving instructor. They recommend him along with going on reviews. Derick is an amazing instructor. He tells you what you are doing wrong and how to fix the mistake next time. He was so patient with me. I ask a million questions and even repeated Im an overthinker. Thank you so much Derick for teaching and being so patient with me!! Carly is amazing with scheduling appointments she is very accommodating. Everything is done thru text group. I recommend this driving school to everyone now!

I do not have access to a car and have been practicing driving only with driving schools. Before taking lessons with ADVAN driving school, I had taken ~10 hours of lessons with a different driving school, and then another 18 hours with ADVAN before passing the test. I enjoyed my lessons with ADVAN driving school because Dereck is the only instructor so there is consistency in what I am practicing across all lessons. Dereck is also very clear in pointing out my mistakes and what I should have done instead and I could feel my improvement and increase in confidence across the lessons, with zero practice outside of driving lessons. The communication with the school was also very clear and smooth in scheduling lessons and the driving test.
