Awful experience. I had to log in AGAIN after each SECTION, not module. That probably added an hour to my time. I did that maybe 100 times...WASTE of time. 1 star for interesting info. Some grammar errors. Oh believe me....I CONTACTED customer service. She was very helpfully, sent me a copy of the exact words I would need to use to log in after every segment....ie my first job was babysitting, not babysitter. Helpful. HOWEVER I had to log in correctly at least 100 times, like I said. I spent lots of time logging in.....
This course was extremely useful. Even though I practice safe driving, and the ticket I got last month was the first one in the more than 70 years I have been driving, I realized I have not been dealing with traffic around me as well as I should have. I actually ended up in a wrong lane and could have caused a serious accident. And even though as a physics teacher I understand momentum and collision dynamics, it was all presented from a different perspective and increased my understanding. I thought...
this course was extremely well put together and came me a completely new mindset when behind the wheel. I think everyone after the age of 60 should take this course once a year. We do develop bad habits without recognizing it is happening. Thank you for this course!
Testing materials were easy to follow; However, for those of us that are fast readers, you should allow immediate access to the testing portion of this testing, for each module, rather than having to wait for the clock to count down the 10-15 minutes before you can test what you have read.

They answered back with an email in one hour with approval for the class and instantly I paid for it with my card the. took the class and in four hours I had a certificate.. The course was informative, easy to read, and Test were simple but also informative.

Some parts of the course read as though someone without a native command of english wrote them. Please take your own course and proofread it. 62yo and got my first Traffic Violation Ticker, ever. More upset , angry and distressed than I can convey. However, there is a great program that allows you to take this course, and have the ticket reconciled off of your driving and insurance history. It cost less than the ticket itself. Go figure. Not sure if my first post posted, so Ill do it again. Obviously I wasnt happy that I got a ticket and had to do this course, however, I did learn a lot. I plan on using what I learned in this course in my future driving.
