The online course was awful. An AI generated person speaking the entire time. Last time I did a course 4 years ago or so, it was much better (not this one). So not sure if theyve all gone downhill but this one was bad. A couple of times the videos didnt even load.

Everyone I talked to was really super-nice and helpful. However, I advise that you get an editor to go over the text of your driver education/traffic school course. No only was it 9 years out of date, it was filled with many grammatical errors, and while very thorough, was carelessly written in this way. This from a college professor.

This was a very thorough and comprehensive course worth the time and effort to complete. I learned a lot! The only thing I think needs to be addressed is the errors in connecting small words. The text needs to be thoroughly proof read to correct these small, common errors. Thank you

WARNING ...... DO NOT USE!!!!!!! If I could give this site a negative star rating I would! No where on their site does it state that the certificate for completing the courses will take THREE DAYS to receive. I had an appointment set for my daughter to get her learners permit and then had to cancel due to the lack of advertising on the timing of the delivery of an ELECTRONIC certificate. Completely ridiculous! Called so-called customer service and after being told multiple different...
Read full review times on when the certificate would be available and being hung up on while on hold TWICE, I was finally told 3 days or I could pay an ADDITIONAL $15 to expedite the certificate. WHAT? After not being included in the materials or ANYWHERE ON THEIR SITE that it would take 3 days to begin with, now they want you to pay more for them to expedite it. Which means that they can do it quicker, they just want more money in order to do so. I am BEYOND unhappy with this experience. This should be an enjoyable and memorable experience for my daughter, and it has been nothing but stress and disappointment due to this companies lack of communication to their customers on their delivery of the required documentation. DO NOT USE THEM it is not worth the headache.

This driving school was very convenient to study and take tests at your own pace. I passed most tests with ease but every now and again you d find yourself relearning something forgotten. I d recommend this driving school to friends and family if ever in this predicament. I have used this company twice with zero issues.

It is a very informative class. Quiz is rather tough! Suggestion: please include some illustrations to make the class more fun. Also, much appreciation to Eleanor Sityar who is very helpful.

Although there were quite a few typos, you understood what was being conveyed. Overall it was easy and educational. I had to call into customer service because I wasnt getting connected to the course at first. Tess was my CSR who identified the issue and had me connected to the course before the call was over. I had typed in the wrong email address. Its .co, not .com ...

Glad to have taken this class, learned a few things and it was good to have a refresher of information. Only complaints: the timed slides are the same no matter if it is one sentence or few paragraphs/videos. Some data seemed out of date. Theres a discrepancy with the same question on a quiz and test, will submit it to the support team. All on all, not bad.

Customer service is fast and efficient. The course material is delivered clearly and efficiently and gets the job done. I personally dont like the use of AI to create the videos. Its the same AI generated man every video and his voice is really monotone and his affect is kind of creepy. So I just listened without looking at the video too much haha. If I knew about this information delivery method ahead of time, I probably would have opted for a course that is just reading the material or some kind of voiced-over powerpoint. Or an actual human being narrating the video. Besides that the overall process was pretty quick and painless all things considered. Glad to have it over with.
