I would highly recommend this driving school. The process was very simple and Carol was very nice and helpful with any questions I had along the way. The ability to complete the course on the weekend was very convenient and the courts received my information quickly.
This defensive driving school and the employees were so kind and helpful with assisting me through the process, the 4 hour class on the weekend was very knowledgeable, and I really appreciate how quick and diligent everything was.
SCAM!!! STAY AWAY!!! I have been trying for over 2 years to get my $200 dollars back and no luck!!! When i first registered for the class I accidentally put my email for @gmail.con (which i was not aware of) so i never received the login i called multiple times during their office hours and they never answered so i called my bank and reported it as fraud. Then when my bank was trying to remove the payment all of a sudden i got a call from them saying hey you didn t recieve your login because you...
put gmail.con and .com) They easily could ve reached out OR ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I called my bank again and said hey so i guess this is not fraud can you release the funds back to the school and my bank person said yes no problem!!! I took the course and even recieved the certificate of completion a whole year went by and then i get contacted by the court saying they never received the money from the school. I called the school and they said my bank had the money but that money was never pit into my account!!! I called my bank to double check and they said nope we released those funds back to the school. I called again the school and then they were blaming it on paypal that they had my money. I called paypal and they said no mam on our was it says the merchant (the school) received your payment. I was non stop arguing With the same lady of the school until i got transferred to a guy who told me the same thing that my bank has that money. DO NOT GO HERE, BESIDE THE FACT THAT THEY STOLE MY MONEY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, i might have to seek legal help because this it not right.
The website is down for maintenance, I need to register for a class. So I called and left a message 3 times to return my call, no call! I also sent them an email, no return email. Not so great customer service in my opinion!

Wow to my experience. I had an initial hiccup that I was panicked about as I have to get this done fairly quickly. I called & left a msg & was honestly shocked at the kindest, warmest, sweetest, most informative & helpful woman on the other end. She fixed my issue & helped me solve my problem so that I could quickly start my online class this Sunday as it s Friday. This is the kind of customer service the World needs. It would be a far different place.... it just takes a little bit of kindness to make the world go round. Easy 10 Stars for my experience. I ll recommend this place always. Fantastic customer service and technical support!!!! I had an issue getting into my classes on a Sunday afternoon. I sent their customer support folks an email that day expecting to have to wait until Monday to get things resolved, but I received an email from an actual person within a few minutes and had things handled super fast. No joke, this was on a SUNDAY EVENING!!!!!!!! Whens the last time youve received service like that?! And the lessons are well thought out and written. EASY to follow and get done. I highly suggest these guys.

The instructor was very helpful and caring! She was so sweet with our time and made sure everyone understood what she was talking about. AMAZING AMAZING WORK!
I enjoyed the Defensive Driving. It was only 4 hours but the Instructor Karol was very patient, informitive and taught alot of educational ofinformation. She made sure tthat weunderstood what she cpvered, including State Laws and penalties if you break the law. I dont think that she need Improvement and wllii refer family, friends and strangers to this class. Excellent Instructor
